We needed a spare key for our 2011 Kia. We went to a dealer and the Service Department quoted us a ridiculous price ($310) for the key because it was a switchblade type key attached to a fob that allowed for remote entry. The dealer continued to assure us that we could not get a key minus the fob. We decided to do a little research before committing to a $300+ key for a four year old Kia. I discovered that the key for 2013 and older Kia Souls does not have a chip so getting a new one should be an easy thing. We Googled AA Locksmith Service and based on ratings and the fact that we could walk there, we decided to take our existing key and ask them if they could make another one. They were incredibly receptive and quickly found a match for our key. They cut the new key, told us to go try it and come back and pay them if it worked. We tried it and it worked! It cost us a total of $5.00. We decided to get three more made and we paid $21.20 for four keys and all four unlock the car and crank it. We are thrilled with our experience with AA Locksmith. Kudos to them for their help.

They sent a technician to my house in Falls Church faster than the other locksmiths I called could do it. The lady on the phone speaks English and is very nice. I found their pricing to be comparable with others I contacted, and the technician definitely knew what he was doing. He got me right in the house with no problem. The last locksmith I delt with pulled up in a little beater car, and tried jacking up the price on me. At least AA Locksmith does business honestly, and I liked the fast response!

Great service, I came very close to closing time and the woman at the counter copied my keys in a flash. Its a bit more expensive than other key copying maybe, but its within walking distance of where I was staying which was worth it, especially at rush hour. Would go here again.

I was passing through Fairfax and locked my keys in my car. These guys had someone out to help me within 30 minutes of calling. The other places I called said it would take over an hour. The price they quoted was right in line with the other places I called. Very good service!

Stopped in the store, without a call ahead, to unlock a car roof rack. The locksmith addressed my concern immediately; all four locks were picked in less than twenty minutes. The staff was very responsive and nice, all in all a great experience.
