I called to ordered a Liberty Lincoln 25 from Eastern but I wasnt sure of all the options, Which ones were better than others. Brian answered the phone and I mentioned that I was in the market for the Liberty Lincoln. He took the time to go over the safe and what was the best options with the safe. My safe came in today and I love it. It took a while to get due to that it was special order and I was well informed of this. (Im picky) I think that it was fantastic that I could order a safe and get exactly what I want with out even stepping in the store. The safe was delivered to my home without any questions. The delivery guys were great gave a quick run down on everything. Moving the safe from the driveway into the house wasnt too bad. (Which was my responsibility). Just took two of us one male, one female, 3 four foot 2X4s and the undrestanding of fulcum and leverage got it up two stairs into the house in about 15 minutes!! Any how safe looks great with everything I wanted on and in it. I would highly recommend Brian and his team. Great crew!!

If you are looking to protect your home or business, then Eastern Safe & Lock is the place for you! I use this company for everything. They secured my home with an alarm system as well as re-keying all the locks in the home. Being a first time home buyer they walked me through the steps of what I should have in a home security system, but most importantly they made sure to listen to what I was looking for in securing my home. The installers that they sent were very professional and courteous. Eastern Safe & Lock always goes above and beyond to make sure your needs are met and they sure did with my family. I would highly recommend this company anytime you need a locksmith or security service! They are simply the best!

I received very unprofessional service. I was waiting for 30 min to get a call from a technician. I kept calling every 5 min just for the office to tell me a tech called and told me they dont service my area when in fact, that was the first I was hearing it. I would think they should know first hand which areas they service and inform us immediately.

Great customer service, Brian is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable regarding everything from a simple lock to installing a complex security system. Had a safe ordered and delivered from them, the delivery crew was fantastic and punctual. Overall would definitely recommend them to anyone i know.

These guys saved my butt a couple of weeks ago. I was in town for a conference and locked my keys in my car. I had forgotten to pay AAA, but my insurance would cover the cost. I got lucky calling Gary, he was quick and everything was better in less than 30 minutes from the time I called.

We came by and the store was closed when it was advertised to be open (Saturday). We wont be coming by again... Especially when an employee that happened to be there and didnt even take the time to explain.
