I have been training at CrossFit Thunderstorm for the last several years and have experienced huge jumps in my fitness level since then. All my benchmark WODs and lifts have gone up. The coaches are very knowledgeable, friendly, and are good at pushing you when you need that extra encouragement. I definitely recommend it to beginners and experienced Crossfitters alike.

I dropped into this gym for 1 day before heading back to Charlottesville, and my experience was wonderful! Both gym owners were very friendly. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. All the members were kind and welcoming. I look forward to going back next time i visit!
