I really like the concept. I like that the program tells me what to do, the weights and the reps. The koko fit product is a great solution for me. I love the computerized aspect. It keeps track of everything and tells me what weight to use and focusing on keeping my reps at the right pace keeps me motivated and interested. Koko fit is probably the best gym I have ever used. My one complaint is that the Reston location does not seem to be as well-run as the Fox Mill location. I was there last week and a person came to do the treadmill, but was told that the mp3 player was broken, so she could not use it. Last night I tried to go, but the staffer had locked up and gone home early (at least an hour before closing). I am a groupon user, so I was not able to work out without someone there to load a thumb drive for me. The Fox Mill location looked like a much better koko fit, but it is not as convenient for me.

The employees may be great but corporate headquarters is horrible. They are from Boston and dont seem to care that we have had 2.5 weeks with no AC and a weekend coming up when the business is open. It was 78 degrees when I went to work out this morning. There is no excuse for a business to leet this go on this long with no word to the members, no offer of compensation, no word to the employees. They need to read their revolving sign that says "Always deliver more than you promise"!

I really enjoy working out at Koko. The staff is always friendly and willing to help me whenever I may need assistance. I love how the strength machine is specifically tailored to me and helps me to stay in shape based on my body composition. I will definitely recommend Koko to anyone who is ready to take control of their health and get back into shape. Its a great clean and stress-free environment to workout in.
