Great facility and atmosphere, very friendly and helpful staff. While not as large as most gyms, if you understand the machines and have basic exercise knowledge then this gym can and will work for you. Between the front desk staff and trainers, there is no reason not to give this gym a try.

someone said "outdated equipment?" how does gym equipment get outdated? sounds like someones too worried about fashion and not worried enough about getting to work! All the good gym equipment needed to get in awesome shape was invented already by 1970.
