From getting a warm and fuzzy that theyve got your order correct, to the wonderful people preparing your order (the extra ingredient is love), to the super friendly delivery people, its not just another sub shop......they treat you like family. Oh, did I mention this place was founded by firefighters? Other than the military, theyre the finest people on the planet. Love you guys! Oh, and to Jack and Dave, give it another try, if not, I have a very select skill set and I will find you.....Im kidding, but not really

All I have to say is they were great to work with. I work for a hospital emergency room which was celebrating EMS week. I called nearly every sub/sandwich shop in the area for pricing on subs/sandwiches for our county/city EMTs/paramedics. Because of the founders, Firehouse staff knew exactly why I was calling (other shops seemed to have cared less) and offered much better pricing than the other shops. The EMTs/paramedics raved about the sandwiches - preferring them over other popular eateries.

I had no issues with the place as someone else did. The place is new, so maybe things where no going well at the time. Service was great, place was clean, the food for being a chain was impressive. And both my wife and I are in the food business and we are very picky on where we eat. It is dangerous out there in the restaurant business, but I had no issues with this Firehouse location for food, service, cleanliness.

I did not know they deliver. They told me 45 minutes they was here in 20mins. The delivery guy was super sweet he was willing to carry my food upstairs because I have a code to get in my buildind. Also the man that answered the phone after I gave him my name addressed me as miss. I love firehouse !!!!

Excellent food and amazing customer service. The employees here are always so nice and willing to take care of anything you need to put a smile on your face. My daughter loves pickles and whenever we go in here we ask for an extra one and they always give us a handful of them.

Placed an order for delivery and waited an hour and a half for the order. Called a few times and was told they had left 15 minutes ago, called again 15 minutes later and was told that the driver was at my door, 10 minutes later the driver finally showed up.

The staff here are extremely friendly and pleasant! They remember you by name even if you only swing by every once in a while. The food is great and they have plenty of choices. Their deliveries are quick and hot. Overall I love this place :)

Very good food, good service. Definitely at the top of my list for subs in Germantown. Parking is a little inconvenient and theres no delivery, but I would give another half star instead of knocking off a full star if I could.

The sub is perfect, the hot sauces top it all off. I go for the hottest of the sauces. Their scale from 1 to 10 is pretty close, sometimes a 10 is there. But today the 10 was more like an 8. So I didnt hurt myself today.
