I have used their services for important catering events in the past and the food has been very good. For that reason I decided to use them for my retirement party for approximately 40 people. The menu had been agreed upon, the delivery time was set along with providing the address to the party room. To my surprise one week before the party I was contacted by the person coordinating the event and she informed me that they had just realized that they were going to be closed the entire Memorial Day weekend and could not provide the catering services already agreed upon. Needless to say I was very disappointed with the incident. The only positive outcome was that they referred me to another catering company which did an outstanding job! Guess who I will be using from now on! Not Saint Germaine Catering because I have lost all confidence in them.

Good food--horrible service: I communicated the time we wanted the food delivered three times (twice over email, once on the phone), and the VP still managed to write down the time incorrectly. Even then, the delivery man arrived five minutes after the time she wrote down. As a result, our event had to start 25 minutes late. This unfortunately is not acceptable in the professional world, and our company will not be using St. Germains again. Un

Saint Germain is exceptional at good presentation, taste, and value. They work with budgets without taking away from the quality. Each time I call I feel like a VIP and they are willing to drop everything to take care of you. The staff is highly professional, responsive and are the friendliest out there. Mina treats her team like family and it shows through all the hard work they do for us each and every day.

I have used SGC literally hundreds of times and could not recommend them more for full service catering and corporate events. The food is always fresh and delicious, the prices fair, and the service absolutely top notch! You can place your order and then forget about any stress and focus on the success of your meeting, gathering or party. Try them and you will NOT be disappointed!

I had a customer once tell me they would only meet with me if I brought in the same food as last time. That was from Saint Germain. Its like brining a BBQ, a Picnic, or a 5 Star restaurant anywhere anytime. I wish they would open a restaurant so I could eat their food more often.

They catered a baby shower; the staff was very congenial, professional, well organized. The food was displayed beautifully and was satisfying as there was very few items left over. Highly recommend this catering company.
