I had the worse experience at this salon. Not only did I have $40 stolen from me. At my first visit, the manager was bashing other customers to another client. During my third visit, which was to fix a screw up, I felt like I was at a rehab center. There was a pregnant girl there that was so high that she was unaware of what was going on. Not long after I witnessed that, a drunk man walked thru the door and requested a haircut. My hairdresser stated that she would only be a few minutes with him because he was drunk and she could cut his hair any ole way and he wouldnt notice. Unbelievable!!!! My hair wasnt done right at all that day. I asked for my red highlights to be fixed after they faded from the last time and it took 5 1/2 hours to finally look half descent. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Poor customer service and very unprofessional!!!!!

I dont know what the client was talking about below about the workers here being unprofessional. Every time I get my haircut they have been very professional, kind and courteous! Every worker here will strive to give you whatever you want done to your hair. Very down to earth workers! I recommend this place!

Never had anyone be able to give me a good haircut and style until I went here. Kimberly performed magic. Previous stylists literally cried because of the crazy cowlicks Ive got, but she can do mens hair like no one else in Hagerstown.
