I planned a spa party for my friend for her bridal shower. Overall experience was great for all nine of the women who attended. Everyone had positive things to say. I especially loved my facial, the woman who did it, which I did not get her name and wished I had, was very calm and relaxed. Also loved the spa environment. The only negative thing I would say is that the receptionist could have been MUCH more polite. When I went into the salon a few weeks ahead to put the deposit down she used a few curse words that really put me off. Also she was supposed to email me my receipt and never did. While I was having my manicure I also heard her cursing which was very unprofessional in my opinion. Other than that everything was Great! Defiantly would recommend them for spa parties!

Everyone is friendly and helpful; this is the time to permit yourself to be pampered and spoiled a bit! Simplicity really works on clarity of communication so that you understand whats happening and why--keeps us from those nasty surprises! Team atmosphere really works for them and makes for a welcome feeling. Outstanding cuts, color, other salon services!

Ive gotten 3 haircuts here 3 diff stylists. First two were average last one was horrible. My one requirement for my hair was not met, heavy handed thinning, no finess, blunt cut that looks like I have a chin length bob and crummy extensions to add 4" to my length. I have to get a bob so the rest can grow out, no pony tails for a year!

My sister and wife have both gone there one time each/separately. They should have consulted with each other first LOL. Both hair cuts looked like they had gone to award beauty school. I feel like this is a mom/pop salon with fancy clothes on. Slightly cheaper than other places, but still more than youd want to pay.
