I was sitting very close to the front door in my dining room, and the driver came and did not ring my doorbell nor knock and he left a come back next day sticker on my door. I called to ask why they didnt knock or ring and Libby the manager told me that it is highly unlikely they didnt knock or ring the doorbell. Wait, are you calling me a liar? If he did not, it was soooo light, because I had no music playing, nothing. I have packages delivered often from UPS and never have that problem! Not too happy to say the least. Very disappointed.

The staff of FedEx Office go above and beyond for their clientele. I can always trust that my job will be done on time and of high quality. Even when there are minor mishaps, they ensure to correct them immediately. FedEx Office, as a corporation, may have their faults, but no one can ever say that the customer service in this center is of poor quality. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and bends over backwards at my sometimes "ridiculous" printing needs. Many kudos.

Took my request easily over the phone for business cards. They decided to re print and cut them at no cost. But woof it took a while. High commitment to quality but it took a few too many re prints to feel like they completely understood their software. Considering I sent in the request over an hour ago and the shop had had very few people. Additionally, I was misquoted how much it would cost.

The manager is not a us citizen and hates military personnel. She falsifies information in order to fire team members. She fakes her customer service to act like she cares but the only thing she is interested in is your money. The prices are horrible and so is the customer service. FedEx Office isnt even a profitable branch of FedEx and hopefully it will cease to exist in the future

I work at FedEx and these people, especially the one annoying employee, seen to think they can rip me off and get me to pay more for shipping. They say they cant ship anything, that I cant use my employee discount, and they recommend only the most expensive ways to ship. Its downright wrong and stupid.

I will never use fedex again. The driver lied 3 times saying he came to deliver and didnt. Then returned my package. This time it has a delay on it. I literally could of went and got it more than 60 times by now. I never have had a package take more than a month to get to me until now.
