From the first conversation with Joe I knew Heritage Printing & Graphics would be a pleasure to work with, and this impression proved true. Heritage Printing & Graphics generously agree to be the sign sponsors for Make-A-Wish Mid-Atlantics Walk For Wishes, and they provided a level of customer service and quality products that were on par with top notch, and top priced, competitors. Jerry was prompt, precise, and attentive to our needs and our timeline. When we came to him with a few mistakes on our end, Jerry quickly remedied them without question. He was transparent throughout the process, sending proofs as they became available and updating us on the status of production and shipping of the order. We will certainly work with Heritage Printing & Graphics again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone who wants the personalized customer service of a local business with the product quality of a national chain!

Once again you have amazed me with your professionalism and efforts to make me a continued satisfied customer although I am so far away. This is the THIRD iteration of what I hope to become mainstream with the Navy. I received the shipment on time and it looks amazing and is wonderfully constructed. Project Coordinator James Zambrano is the BEST! FAST, Reliable, Insightful, Professional and most importantly Proficient in getting all aspects of my project accomplished.
