I even changed my mind a few times on what I needed printed and she was always willing to work with me to make the adjustments. I called to speak to a manager and apparently called to close to 5:30. The person who answered the phone and put me on hold to transfer me to the manager hung up twice, so the 3rd time I called back it went to VM saying I had reached them after hours!
