I have had my car repaired there a few times, hoping the experience would improve but it didnt. Their customer service & integrity sucks from the front of the office to the back of the shop. I often hear about businesses struggling and going out of business if this happens to Guaranteed Truck & Auto I would not be surprised or shocked. In short they will never receive another dime from me.

I have had nothing but great repairs on my cars. They even work on my MGB. They did the clutch for me and recommended while they have the engine out I change the gaskets and didnt charge me extra to do it. They even steam cleaned my engine. If the front of the house were better then I would have given them 5 stars.
