Had a fender bender which damaged my suspension and cooling system on my 2002 BMW 325ci (1/07/2016) . I called them the very next morning and Explained my situation. I was told they would look over my car and give me an estimate the very next morning after delivering my car that evening. (01/08/2016). Two days past sense dropping my car off and still no update. After the third day I stopped by and asked whats the update, still no news (01/11/2016). After the 4th day they gave me and call and told me my car wouldnt be evaluated till the next week. I was frustrated because I didnt have time to wait and be lied too, as there was other shops willing to look at it that day of the incident. Despite the other decent reviews, these guys are dishonest and put me off day after day.

In my line work I move and travel a lot and over the years have taken my autos to various shops. In saying that I found it very surprising that Accu Auto store front does not display an hourly rate. When I asked they said they charged by the "job". Ive never heard that before from an auto repair shop. Another thing I did not realize that had Accu Auto called the same tow truck service that I did that I would have paid for the towing service plus a percentage mark up cost in my final bill. I have been in Hagerstown, MD for 2 years and I have tried Guaranteed Truck & Auto and Accu Auto Care and they both suck. The only thing that separate one from the other is a cleaner office.

The owner and other mechanics are very knowledgeable and friendly. They are very safety oriented and always give my car a complete "physical" and give me a complete report on all they find. Ive been taking my car to them for the past few years when I need repairs. They take the time to explain everything in detail and give me estimates for work needed that they always stick by. Ive had other garages give me estimates and then after the work is done charge me more. Accu Auto Care has earned my trust by being upfront and open about the services they offer.

Great shop. They not only did a great job installing an after market steering rack on my trusty Prius, but they asked a lot of questions up front about the job. It was kind of a strange process, and they really thought through what had to be done in terms of the computer work and calibrating sensors. A lesser shop would have just made the appointment, but these guys were thinking it through, which I really like. Great shop, I recommend them.

Friendly staff that is very knowledgeable knows what they are doing. I trust what they say and never have to second guess what I am paying for. They stand behind all of their work but they do it right the first time! I would recommend Accu Auto Care for the smallest job to the largest one! Their waiting room is the cleanest that I have seen !
