HORRIBLE INTEGRITY, LADIES BEWARE!!! My husband took our vehicle for inspection, failed due to worn rear brake pads.... told my husband front brakes were fine for now but would need changed very soon. My husband took our vehicle home and changed the back pads himself as we were in a time crunch. Within 5 days, I took the car back for reinspection, was told front brake pads failed inspection as their policy states if pads are close to failing, had to fail for the year. I refused to let them change the pads, took the car to Bruces Auto and was SHOWN that the front brake pads were good and estimated life of 30K more miles.... car passed inspection immediately. Tipped them very well for having integrity.... shame on you R & M Auto!!! Lost this customer and entire family. :(

This place is outstanding! I have been going to R&M for about 3 years now and every visit, regardless or the service needed, it perfect. Rick and Rachel are professional, courteous, and always eager to help. I am so fortunate to have an auto shop like R&M near my home and will always go here for great service for all three of my cars!
