Auto medic1 is a great shot! I recently had to have a car repaired when my son broke down across the highway from Auto medic1. He was from out of town and I was out of town hundred miles away. The owner John called me to let me know that the engine had been blown because of a timing belt break. He assured me that he would treat the car and my sons situation as if it were his own son and he was as good as his word. Not only did he constantly keep me informed about the progress on the car but he also researched to find the best engine available to put into my sons car and he allowed me to do research to find the best inexpensive option for replacement. Unlike many other shops John was not hard to get hold of. Not only did he take my calls and answer all my many questions but he often called me back to let me know the latest with the car and the replacement engine. Within a week he had the car up and running, did several test runs of the car, and even fixed a minor air conditioning problem for me that he found. This is an honest garage and John is an honest owner. Unlike other experiences, John never engaged in doublespeak comma nor did he talk above my head, but he communicated clearly and even helped me to determine what were the best options with no pressure. His rates are reasonable and fair and he was patient with a person that does not know auto mechanics. Everyone should go to John and to Auto Medic One because they are an honest shop and they truly communicate that they care about their customers. I trust Medic One with my daughters cars....that is how much I trust their honestly, their service and their reliability. They are honest, will not try to give you more than you need and wont over charge you. Before getting my cars inspected, we bring them to Medic One, have them check them out and then bring it to the inspection garage. I refer them to all my friends.

I had been having off and on problems with my truck for 2 months, finally decided to just take it to the shop. They had it fixed within 3 days, kept me updated the whole time and were very informative and affordable! Its been two weeks since having it fixed and I havent had a single problem. Auto Medic 1s owner and manager are honest and knowledgeable. They dont overcharge. That doesnt mean you dont pay what its worth, but they dont throw in blarney and an extra hundred dollar charge. They will advise you if you ask. I moved 2 hours away, and I drove 2 hours each way, to take my car to them, because they are experts and are honest.

It is truly a pleasure to have someone in the car repair business that is as honest as the day is long. I needed some kind of exhaust repair as it was making alot of noise. John could have told me I needed a new muffler and pipes, but all it needed was a new strap to hold the muffler in place. We will be lifelong customers of Auto Medic1.
