Absolutely a great experience start to finish! I was greeted immediately when I entered the shop with a friendly smile and "what brings you in today?" I told them just an oil change and fluids check. As a walk-in, they were able to take me almost immediately and explained my various oil change options. I elected for the synthetic option (costing a few dollars more but totally worth it for a superior product) with absolutely no pressure from the gentleman helping me. With time to kill I took a seat in their lobby area where I helped myself to a complimentary cup of coffee and watched the techs work on my car start to finish. When the job was complete the tech actually brought me back and showed me what they did which was so informative and helpful. Being a female in such a male dominated environment it was refreshing to feel like my best interests were being taken into account and I was not being taken advantage of. I will definitely be back and have already referred several other friends and family members there who were also over the moon with their service. I would definitely recommend taking your vehicle there!

Will never take my vehicle there again.I took my 2001ford explorer sports tract there to get a front end alignment a few weeks ago and associate told me that they could not align it that something was wrong. I told them that new upper and lower ball joints had just been put on but the passenger side control arm might not have been correct, so in return I told them that I would put the correct one on and get it realigned. He then told me that the ball joints may have be defected and was gonna have to replace all ball joints again and new hardware for the price of 1200.Dollars. . So I said that Im gonna take it home and he threatened me by saying my vehicle was not safe for me to drive it that he should report me. I told him I only live up the road and I will drive it home and when I got it home I replace the control arm and then took it to BoneBrake and got it aligned all 4 wheels for 89.99 Long story short if they knew what they were doing instead of assuming I didnt then they would be getting my business instead of BoneBrake getting all my business from now on. Total rip off

Affordable, Honest, Flexible, and Welcoming are just a few words I would use to describe the staff at Meineke. They were pleasant from the first phone call, which obviously made the lasting impression. As a female who knows zero about cars they made sure I understood everything that was going on and the work I needed done on my car. The waiting room is nice spacious and even had activities to keep my 2 year old entertained. I have nothing but great things to say and definitely recommend Meineke to all my friends and family!

Honest, helpful, friendly service. Brought the car in on a Saturday afternoon when our exhaust pipe rusted out and fell loose on a road trip. The pipe was in pretty bad shape, but they were able to fabricate a new portion of the pipe and do the repair without needing a full replacement. Before we brought it in, we thought we were going to be stuck for the weekend, but were able to get back on the road in a little over an hour!

This place is nothing but professional, always have a good experience here and would recommend to anyone. Prices are great the staff is 10/10 always helps me out and lets me know the price and whats going on and what is causing the issue before they do work and work out a price. This place is my go to.

Best service ever! Fast, honest and had our backs! Got stuck halfway through a road trip and were fortunate enough to find this care care center. Since we had our dog in tow they let him come in and wait with us. Could not have had a better experience during such a stressful time. THANK YOU!
