Wal-mart Supercenter - prices are great on pet food for example and other commodity type items. Selection in general however is dismal especially in the grocery. Due to influx of immigrants in the area there are more Mexican ingredients available, mostly the selection is geared to boxes & cans, and frozen items - the meat is expensive and of low quality - sea food forget about it. Traditionally this store carried and sold many great golden pineapples freshly cored and pealed - but no more. Clothing is limited to casual cheap and behind the trendy line. Music and DVD selections are very limited as are most departments - I guess they are trying to be all things to all people. Most everything they sell is of the lowest quality so watch out, even things that seem to be brand name may be wall-mart special order items that look like the real thing and are the real brand name but the manufacture has created it just for wal-mart and its not up to their normal item.

There is no option for 0 stars! My pregnant wife just went to the Hagerstown Walmart to change out a dead battery in our car. To get her to the Walmart parking lot we had someone jump her. When she requested help from the staff she was told that they were too busy to help her change a battery. They made her buy a new battery, buy the parts to change it out and made her change it on her own! She called me at work, devastated. She is due in July! Walmart you have one VERY un-happy customer!!

My sister and I was in a hurry and badly needed to get her oil changed. I was going to buy the cheap oil change but they refused and forced us to buy a full synthetic oil. I then talked to my mechanic about it and he told me we didnt need full synthetic oil. Worse place ever never go to them.

check all work that Walmart does to ur car. took mine in for tire balance and rotation. when I checked only 2 tires were actually done. also watched film for that day with manager and guess what only 2 tires were rotated. DONT TRUST WHAT THEY DAY THEY ARE GOING TO DO. WATCH THEM

It was the worst service ever try to go in there 3 days in a row to get a simple little thing fixed on the car and they told me 1hour 2 hours 4.5 hours. I would give a big fat 0 but they wont let me.

The lady at the front desk is nice everybody else are bunch of assholes. Its Walmarts and nothings going to happen to them but be prepared for dirty looks and no responses when you have questions

Got 4 new tires installed. Everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous and called as soon as service was completed. Great price and lifetime rotation and balancing.

The cashier at the automotive section was so slow and the line was so busy that literally we spend 45 minutes to make a key duplicate sight.
