This was my first time using Christian Brothers Automotive and I was very pleased with my entire experience from start to finish. Everyone that I interacted with was very friendly and customer service oriented. Although I had an initial opinion from the car dealership, Christian Brothers took the time to do their own diagnostics and come up with what was wrong - which was different then what the car dealership said, but the Christian Brothers identified issue fixed the problem! I will be bringing all of our cars to Christian Brothers Automotive going forward and I will recommend them to all my friends & family!!!

By far the best experience ive ever had when getting my car fixed. I decided to try CBA out and I am so glad I did. I used to go to Firestone but now I will always go to CBA. Quick and friendly service. The waiting room was so great. So clean and was playing Christian music so I didnt have to worry about what my 1 year old son was listening to. There were couches and books for him to climb on and read. He could crawl around so waiting wasnt a hassle because there were things for him to do. Definitely going to use CBA from now on!

Gotta say i looked at all the reviews before coming and didnt believe it. They really dont try to sell you unnecessary stuff, if it doesnt need replaced they tell you and if its broke they fix it . And best of all they work with you.. and Ive never fell asleep in a waiting room until today.

Friendly & honest with a clean shop. They replaced my radiator for about the average quote, and did it a day faster than I was expecting. Theres a cold bottle of water waiting in the console for you when you leave, showing an inexpensive but detailed bit of attention to customer service.
