Beware. Owner Chad is nice until you have a grievance about incomplete repairs - then he becomes condescending and rude. Office staff take customer complaints personally and become defensive. Brought our car in 3 times to have our AC restored over last month. Only 2 of 4 vents are cooling and car is overcome by heat still. He convinced us to pay $1700+ to replace 3 components and we TRUSTED him that it would be restored to previous 100% performance, not 50% as it is now. Weve owned the car since 2009 and know what normal is. Chad insistents car is "running as intended" even though his wife admitted yesterday (per office staff) that the car never got cool when she test drove it. Office staff told us Tuesday that all 4 vents were cooling the same then admitted next day that temperature readings were cooler on left (right was 10° warmer) as I told them but claimed system was still normal because temps were below 50. Weve had car in 3 times, made over 6 calls, made 6 shop visits for this issue and taken leave from work. When i phoned him yesterday on his personal time, he was rude, condescending and indifferent, failing to realize that as a customer, Ive invested and wasted my own time and money with only 1/2 the AC working. He implied I was lying when I said we had car in week before last to repair an AC leak his people detected (check your records Chad). I asked for 50% refund given 2 of 4 vents are cooling (more than fair) and to leave Whitley. He said I could take car "as-is" or come in yet again to shop next day (to convince us that AC is normal based on his readings). When I said I have to work, he said "so do I" (again, great customer service Chad). Avoid this place folks...

I have known and done business with Chad for 20 years. At a mainline dealership and now at his own shop. I have always found him to be honest and fair. His shop prices are in line with surrounding businesses. His service however, is much better. I recommend him to all you folks needing quality repair work.

Took car to get fix. Thought it was fix until I cranked it up and sounded like motor was about to fall out. They didnt want to do anything about it. They basically told me tough crap. Will not go back nor will I tell anyone about this place.
