These guys are a rip off plain and simple. Just had car in shop they charged to look at it and then for shop supplies. Shop supplies... Are you kidding me, the part comes whole with all new hardware. This was on top of the extra 100 dollar up charge for the part they installed. Yes I look up the part from auto zone after the fact and the cheaper duralast brand was $150 dollars cheaper and the most expensive brand was $100. Everyone knows that shops get a discount on parts so they probably got more money out of me then that. The work was good but you can find a shop that does the same quality if not better and will not try to nickel and dime you to death.

I am so disappointed that a female would be targeted as a dumb idiot! I was told I needed approximately $700.00 worth of work on my auto before I would be pass on my annual Pa. inspection. Mind you, PRIOR to this appointment, I had $680.00 worth of repairs in Maryland mechanic shop. I took my car to another auto shop in Pa. and was passed with flying colors, NO problems!! Would this be called a scam job???? Think about it before you go to Bill Bowers auto!!!!

I was almost 9,000 miles into a road trip and dealing with a slow leak in my tire. I called ahead by 20 minutes and they fit me in, fixed the tire, and they recommended against some services that were unnecessary--a pleasant contrast to other mechanics who are always trying to upsell, upsell, upsell! Service was courteous, efficient, and quick.

What a joke, This place is ridiculous! Stop to get a simple tire patched and they said they didnt have anyone to do it until the next day. They dont even deserve the one star. Went to McCarthy Tire in Hagerstown and got it done free of charge. It only took 5 minutes!

I had an unexpected flat that they didnt think they could fix quick but once they learned more of the situation, they squeezed my vehicle in. I got quick, courteous, and professional services and I was able to keep rolling - pun intended.

500.00 plus to change out 4 TPMS sensors, and they put the wrong ones. Place is a total ripoff, never going back there again.
