If I could give less than one star, I would. What a rude group of people with no knowledge of what customer service means. If my product was not stuck in their warehouse, I would gladly pay a significant price tag to NOT have to deal with them. This is why they have agreements for company distribution - because nobody would hire them directly based on their merits alone. I just spoke with one person who laughed at me for having the indecency to request a later time in the day...and then a manager who accused me of making things up and being a liar.

Terrible service. They didnt call me to set up delivery time like I was promised. I had to call them, I was told I would get a call back and did not. I had to call back and was told they would deliver wend afternoon. Tuesday I get a call saying they would be here between 9-11am wend. Last I checked thats not afternoon. I had to reschedule for 3 days later. At this rate I have little faith that they will follow through with their commitment and deliver then.

Ordered a mattress set online and it was delivered by these guys. Scheduling the delivery was simple and the delivery guys were professional and friendly. It was a huge relief because Ive read so many horrible reviews of another company that I originally thought was going to make the delivery.
