This place is employed by the most trashy, nasty and ignorant bottomed feeding people around. Because it is close to my home I will go here. Even though on multiple occasions it has left A bad taste in my mouth. However today takes the cake. I needed to have a order returned. I walked in... no hello or how are you. Just a blink stare from the ghetto lady in glasses that belongs more in a half way house then a place that deals in the transfer of high value objects. I tell the lady I am dropping this off. She looks at my tag. With out saying a word opens a drawer and hands me a paper with addresses to other UPS locations. Im like whats this? She is like "ya need ta take to ups store". Taken a back I say " this is ups" the name is in the building" she says "na, weze aint the same this is UPS customer care you need to go UPS store boy" . So as Im leaving the lady goes " "damn right f@$: boy." I call customer service. They tell me they could have taken it and a superior at that location will call me in about 30 minutes. After 2 hours I get a call. The woman sounds like the person who gave me the problem at the location. Gave me the "oh we will discipline the employee" then hangs up on me. Moral of the story move out of Baltimore. Do all your business through FedEx. Because this place is truly hell. they literally want you to cause a fight or scene for their own entertainment. Just drive to the County spend the gas money and not put up with that crap. This UPS location is a joke!

Every time there is a delivery to my home, the packages are thrown in my front yard and unbagged in the rain. Ive complained numerous times and just get apology after apology. All this still happens. Now, I had something that had been sent through the USPS and UPS took the delivery (I dont know why UPS took over the delivery if I chose USPS) and delivered it to the wrong person. UPS can now not account for the package except that it shows gave to woman when there was nobody home at my house (this is not the first time this has happened nor the fourth). The person who answered the phone today was rude, dismissive, and generally unpleasant with a faulty phone connection until I told her the value of my package which was met with nervous chuckling and a well have to call you back to see what the driver says. It is my theory that UPS just hires the people that Fedex does not want as Fedex is very professional, bags my packages in indeterminate weather, delivers to my back porch if its something that looks important, doesnt damage EVERY package I order... btw, UPS damages every package I have sent to my home... Also, UPS once took something flexible that said handle with care and folded it in half. So much for care and so much for wedding proofs. Thanks UPS.

This UPS has the most unprofessional , inconsiderate, trash customer service. I was told twice that signing the back of my infonotice would ensure my package delivery while I was at work. After my package still failed to be delivered I called the 800 number and was told that this information was not factual at all. I was told my only options were to have the package held for pickup or cancel my order. UPS then authorized my package to be held without my consent even after I told them I could not make it for pickup. I contacted the sender who requested to have the package delivered to my job. THIS local office took it upon themselves to go back and place the hold on my package AGAIN without my consent. I contacted them and was told even though it looked like this on the website they would deliver the next morning and call me at 8am with a delivery time. The next day I never received a call, contacted UPS again and was told THIS local office placed the hold. Someone from this office called me and very rudely told me to come pick up even after placing the hold without my consent.. At this point Im not sure why they wont deliver or take responsibility for mishandling my package.

So angry. Once again the driver decided he didnt feel like delivering my package and I am left to go to the hub to pick it up. This literally happens with about half of the packages Amazon sends via UPS. I specifically waited at home for 2 consecutive nights, and made 3 calls to be told the package would absolutely be delivered. When I watched the driver pass my home @ 8pm I immediately called, and was told that it would still be delivered TONIGHT, just that might have been a different driver/different truck. At 8:59pm tracking was updated with a delivery exception time stamped at 7:59. (emergency conditions) What a surprise the office closes at 9pm and Nobody will be available to call me or do anything about this until tomorrow morning. UGGH! If they had just been honest at any point in this process I could have gone to pick it up. I hate UPS and I urge everyone to use USPS or any of their competitors- at least when there is a legitimate delay you are given honest information without wasting their customers time.

I was hired by UPS to do seasonal work, being a driver helper. I went through orientation and also learned to use the hand machine to verify packages. I was NEVER called a employee named Shawn in human resources took my social security number and put it on another employee application!!! The other person in question started working before I brought to there attention that no one called me for work. As of this very moment I havent even received payment for attending orientation!!! I keep going to the center at Vero Road and no one will come out to talk to me!!! I have been told by security that I am NOT to come up there no more.....they will get back to me !!!! That was December 16,2016 still no correspondence as of today. I call human resources EVERYDAY and no one answers. The last person I spoke to was a man Named Matt. I been given a email to check pertaining my situation.... The email DO NOT exist. This is a true event....do any one know a good lawyer that will help me out. My phone number is (443)490-2202

The worst experience in customer service I have ever had. When a driver makes an error in judgement and is enabled by a supervisor who fails to acknowledge the possibility the error, that is an employee denied to the opportunity to learn and grow. Dave Gundahl is the worst spokesman a company could ever have. He is defensive, rude and set the worst example for other staff that you only hope they do not replicate. The driver left my package in an exposed place on my porch and foot traffic through my neighborhood includes high school kids and 50% of public transportation customers. My package was not st my door where he left it, he has lied about it. He conveniently dropped the door tag I filled out on his way back to his truck, and the manager chose to come up with whatever scenario possible to defend him. Just like I share great customer service experiences, Im going to share this horrible and humiliating one also. I wanted to give a 0
