This fedex location must have people working there who are smoking crystal meth. I was to get a package yesterday, it had an "exception", I called, got told "your business was closed", when I told them it wasnt a business but a residence, they put me on hold and told me "vacation hold", that I didnt put on. They finally then stated it was because the truck didnt get to the middletown location until after the other trucks left so it will come the next day...Well its the next day and now they stated, it will come not today, but the following day. If someone ever gets ahold of this fedex location, post the local number, itll help people.

I had menus on a truck that were to be delivered on Friday and for some reason the driver felt it was OK just to pass us by and not deliver them.. Now I am told I can pick them up if I really need them, I guess if I wish to open I will need to go pick them up and still get charged. I guess I should have driven the 2 hour round trip and picked up the menus myself, but time is everything ...... what a waste.

Horrible customer service. I had two packages that were supposed to be delivered today and they made no attempt to do so. These packages were important and the driver didnt even knock the door or ring the doorbell. He didnt even leave a door tag but apparently he stopped by at 11:30AM.

Worst service iv ever seen from a shipping company. I watched the driver fly by my house about 60mph and never even looked. I called fedex and they said the driver couldnt find my address and they didnt know when the package will be delivered.

Had an important package that absolutely, positively had to be there overnight. Got it in just before closing. Staff was friendly, professional and very helpful. As usual FedEx delivered on time.
