We have had continued problems with FedEx Express service. Despite the added cost for this service, the drivers race to show up before their pickup time window, which causes both parties frustration. If they show up early and the package is not ready, they say they will come back and never return. By the time the package actually ships we could have just used ground service and saved money. Supervisor never shows his face and never returns calls. I understand the bonus $ drivers get per pickup but it is ruining the service.

First time there and I previously ran out of tape at home for the package I was sending. Went in and was greeted by a lady who looked mid 20s early 30s and she gladly welcomed me and helped tape the rest of my package with no charge as well as taking care of taping the pre printed label. I was in and out in under 3 minutes! I definitely recommend coming here to ship with fed ex!

Did not deliver package for signature during their expressed time frame two days in a row and now my package is deemed undeliverable. Now FedEx called and told me my package is in Harrisburg... I get an email saying it is in York.... I called them and they said I dont know what going on but your package is now again locked for the next five days in York...

For the second time in 4 weeks, paid for early morning express delivery before 1030 am, to have no delivery yet at noon. There is ZERO customer service, just excuses and excuses from an 800 number.

Excellent, friendly service. Never have an issue here. Much friendlier than even the other FedEx offices Ive dealt with. A fine example for the rest of the organization.

Complete and utter lack of care. Needed to pi k a package up even though I had permission on the website for pickup they still refused to allow me to do so.

Terrible to work with. They blow smoke. Driver throws my packages and his boss Vic St. Martin pretends to take care of it with a supervisor named Ken.
