The store manager made my Christmas! My package was delivered to my work, but our office was closed due to it being Christmas Eve. I called customer service and found out that it was at the Willow Springs location. It was almost 5pm on Christmas Eve, but I thought I would drive out to see if they were still there. Upon arriving the manager searched for the package and found out it was on a truck. The manager opened the truck and it was packed, I mean packed! Just seeing this truck gave me a strong appreciation for what they do! At that point I was devastated, there was no way we were going to find my package in all of that. The manager couldve easily said sorry and just arranged a new delivery date. Instead, he climb on that truck and searched through every package until mine was found.... at the back of the truck! I am so grateful for him and the time and energy he put in to make sure I was a happy customer! THANK YOU UPS!!!

Dont do business with this company. Not only are they only able to deliver during weekdays during normal business hours which is when 90% of America Is working they are closed to pick up on weekends and other only open from 1 to 6 only on weekdays so once again when most of us are working... then you call to you know figure something out and they cant do anything on the phone but direct you to their website.... ship with any of their competitors and you will save everyone time

Not only are the drivers out of this location incompetent cheats, so is the management. This has to be the worst UPS location and the company has no system of accountability in place to oversea it. The UPS corporate culture is so awful with customer service and communication you would think it was 1800s. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO FEDEX! or any company other than UPS.

UPS just lost m business. I paid extra to have 2 packages held while I was out of the country to be delivered today and they have no idea where they are or if they will be delivered today, tomorrow or next fing week!!!!! When you call the 800 number you get some dipsh*t in India who cant do anything but apologize. USE FEDEX and save yourself a headache.
