Young lady who mailed my book today, obviously didnt read the address. It was going to Iowa City, IA 52245 and when I got home noticed the receipt said Jacksonville, FL. I think she misread the zip code..............or was my printing not legible? She was in a hurry?? Burtonsville postal employees much more alert in checking city name versus zip code

High tall black woman and bald head white guys attitude very rude and nasty always show customer angry face with no greeting no kindly direction for customers.They should have solve their familys problem before came work place.Disgusting ! This post office used be good but their service is so terrible since new staffs started work there.

Being a small business owner, I have had a LOT of experience shipping products from post offices in MD and other states. The people at the Savage post office are BY FAR the best that Ive dealt with. Most post offices make me feel like Im bothering them when I come in with a bunch to ship...not at Savage! Thanks for the great service :)

I had the most pleasant experience mailing packages from this establishment today. Not being from the area, I looked on line and I couldnt agree more with their 5 STAR Ratings! Its easy to find, clean, and well organized. The employee I interacted with was professional, yet very personable! Our US Government at its finest!

Spoke with someone on the phone about mailing wedding invitations and she (Aisha?) was so nice! They answered the phone after the first ring and was incredibly helpful and pleasant. Best experience with a post office EVER!
