On the evening Wednesday November 19, 2015 I went into FedEx Office to see how a file I saved would print. I went to the desk and the guy said that he was kind of busy and if I just want to print that I could use the self-service printer in the back, so I did. The project seemingly shifted to the right. So I went home to check the layout, it prints fine. So on Thursday morning I come back to the store and ask the young lady behind the desk for assistance. She helps me print from the memory stick. I needed 200 She stated it would be about $430 something dollars. The budget that I was working with did not accommodate that amount . Due to the fact that the project was an obituary she suggested that I print some on heavier paper for the family and the rest on cheaper a grade. So, I asked for 30 to be “printed” on 32lb paper and 120 to be printed on 24lb paper. I was then quoted a price of about $250 plus tax. I stated that would be fine and she said they would be done by 1 pm. Having come in under my $300 budget I had enough to print a poster for the memorial service. I called first to inquire about the turn around time and they said that it would be done the same day of the order. I placed and paid for the poser online. I decided that I would just pick them both up at 4 since that when the poster would be done. I received a call at 3pm stating that my order wouldn’t print correctly, its off centered. So I leave work to inquire, It was the fold and stapling that made it off centered so I directed the young lady Gabriel N. to go ahead and “print” and that I would fold them myself. I came back at 4 they were still “printing” and the poster was not there. The guy was on his way back. I returned at 4:30 still no poster. Around 4:45 he arrives she packs everything up and tells me the price is $436 something. I explained to her that’s not the price I was quoted and you didn’t do any of the things that I required. She then decided to I guess get rid of me and charged me $193.98 as a deposit on an order. When I get home to view the prints they’re dull and not clear. I look at the sample print from this morning and its totally different. I was given copies instead of prints and the quality is horrible. I can not use these for the memorial service. I know have to go to Office Depot inorder to get my obituaries printed correctly. I would like a full refund, they can have the copies.

Ive been using this location for the last few years. As a graphic design major, I was always decently pleased with their customer service and color runs. Especially in the middle of the night, they would helpfully print everything to the right specifications. However, ever since the switch from FedEx Kinkos to FedEx Office, the customer service has been worse than terrible. Even if they are doing nothing, they tell me that I will have to wait a day to get anything printed, no matter how quick or small. I had to tell them how to do the print job multiple times (one of the representatives actually asked me if I wanted to print something in color, when it was just black and white text.) Other than that, they tell me to do it myself or that they cant help me. Its awful.

Came to this store for a last-minute solution to Office Depot printing out our DIY invitations incorrectly. Since Office Depot was half an hour away, we decided to check out this FedEx. They fixed the issue and printed our items perfectly! Gabi was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and created a wonderful atmosphere for customers. We were there for about half an hour, but their staff member, Ashley, talked to us with great conversation and really made the time fly by with her charismatic and positive attitude! She had quietly mentioned to staff that she was supposed to have left an hour prior to the time, but was happy to stay longer for a helping hand. We were extremely impressed by this team and have made this office our go-to from here on out. Much thanks!!

Have used this location forever ( 3 years at least) for self service printing and copying from the two big machines, I loveem. Excellent value. Staff has always been really helpful if machines are down - which does not occur often. Have also used the computers you rent by the minute( basically) and same thing applies - staff are super helpful. Although they are often multitasking like crazy when there is a customer sending a package etc., they come right over and sort out whatever problem I have....printer needs paper? - no problem, cant use the program, cant understand how to use the scanner etc. - no problem. They really deserve a pat on the back . Hooray for the Fedex staff! A happy and grateful customer!

This is not the place for you if you want quality. I had to print 50 copies of a leaflet in color (letter format). Part of the design was in light orange and it printed in a very dark orange (almost red). When I mentioned that to one of their representatives, she just said that different printers have different settings. I told her that this was not what I paid for and she didnt really care. Ill choose a different place next time as their printers are not calibrated and I cannot afford not having quality work...

This place was amazing! I went in with a biz emergency and needed some documents created. I was told it was a 24 hour job. I explained to "THE AMAZING PAULETTE", which we are now calling her, how important it was. She had it done and ready for pick up in 6 hours! You cant beat that for customer service! THANK YOU! I will return here for all of my biz printing needs.

Terrible! Only one worker on Christmas Eve?! Not to mention this lone worker took 45+ mins to ship one persons package, while I simply needed to pickup mine, and he made me wait the entire time til I eventually left without it. Will. Never. Send. Packages. Here. For. Pickup. AGAIN!!!

Service was slow. Employees were obviously not happy to be at work. They have a suprisingly limited variety of paper sizes 11 x 17 or larger.
