Just moved in the neighborhood. Needed a place to drop off my packages for my online business.In between my day job, kids and sick family members,time is essential,and this place is down the block.Been dropping off packages for 3 months without incident,first time I went got receipts for my packages,and been sending off packages once a week minimum. Talk to the owners explained to them I had an online store,and they access point saved me a lot of time and driving,and I was very appreciative of their business.I even tip them even though the service is free.Anyway I come in the month of March to drop off 2 packages,and didnt take any receipt,like I have been doing since the second visit to the access point.Long story short,one package is almost at its destination, the other has no information. All my labels are prepaid.Call UPS to find out what happened. They explained they never picked up that package.Went back to this store(access point)and asked the owner what happened to my package,or was there a problem with the label.He claims the ups driver picked it up but didnt scan it.Then he tells me I never dropped it off,and he has cameras in the store.Then to put the icing on the cake he tries to tell me its my mistake,because one week I came with packages and 2 had the same shipping label.When in fact it was 2 packages with the same item going to the same buyer,and if I did make a mistake the packages would not have made it to the destination. This prompt me to know this man and whoever works with him,has been watching me closely,and I know he stole my package.Inside was a Synology computer server.Owners of this establishment are a bunch of thieves. All because I trusted him and his family enough to deliver my packages without taking a receipt,they decide to steal from me,because of my trust.I never did nothing wrong to this man or his establishment, but he decides I am somebody to steal from,when I am making an honest living to support my family.I say this to the owners of this establishment... YOU DONT STEAL FROM THE ONE TRUE GOD Children.No one gets away with dirty deeds,NO ONE.

Do not go to this filthy place. Its dirty and dust was everywhere. First of all after walking in the owner did not greet. After that I shouldve walked out. Absolutely no customer service and they have ZERO people skills. I went in to get something notarized and was charged 5.00 and these lazy idiots didnt give me a receipt. They said maybe one sentence and that was do you have id. No, what can I do for you? Thank you or YOURE WELCOMED. If you ask me they seemed a little racist and considering the fact the the place is owned by people that look like they could be Indian or Arabic they really have a lot of nerve to look down on customers. They will never get one dime of my money or my business. Im willing to drive to the ups store in Pikesville on Reisterstown rd the next time I need ANYTHING notarized. Besides ups store charged one dollar less and they know how to say may I help you, thank you, youre welcomed and give a receipt without asking. My husband said thank you to the rude owner and he said NOTHING BACK, just gave attitude. Funny how certain groups come to America with their racist attitudes and stereotypes against African Americans. Little did this rude owner know im not a stereotype my husband owns four franchises and could sell and buy his little dusty store. He was in there with his nose in the air and acted as if he was doing us a favor. Again PACKAGE PLACE IS RACIST AND WILL NEVER EVER RECEIVE ANY BUSINESS FROM ME!!!!!!

Package Place failed massively at there primary job: being informed on how to ship packages from one place to another. I mailed a package to Poland using Package Place under there expert guidance and instruction. The package never made it to the end destination in Poland. I went to great lengths to ensure the package could be delivered even tried to pay the required duties on the package. Package Place simply does not have the skill set to ship packages internationally. I spent $263.89 for nothing. I recommend you use another courier.

Package Place helped me send out a very important document, which helped me retain a customer. They kept the store open for nearly 30 minutes past their close time as I was stuck in traffic so I can get my document out. Great job Package Place, we need more businesses that truly understand the needs of their customers and are willing to deliver services at every cost.

Ive been coming to the Package Place for about 3 years now and Im satisfied with the service the owner is very quick in scanning my packages even before the UPS driver leaves so that my packages are received and taken away for next day delivery I will continue to be a customer there
