So Ive had two poor experiences. One was a delivery of a couch which arrived almost 2 hours late (close to 10pm on a Friday evening)... It had been raining and we just purchased our home so I asked if they had those slippers you place on your shoes when doing white glove deliveries and they say, "Our company doesnt do that"... So track all sorts of crap in... One of the packages for the couch was not present and had to reach out to the shipper (wayfair) to have it tracked down... Here we are almost 3 weeks later and Im assured that the package is on its way... They are shipping with Translogistix again (even though I requested ANYONE else) and Im supposed to receive a phone call yesterday to plan the delivery.... ... They did not give me a call... Then I call today just to schedule a delivery.. A woman answers and tells me, "Our office is closed on the weekend so youll have to call back Monday - Friday for the delivery"... So... Youre either at work... Available to answer the phone for your company... But not to schedule a delivery when I should have been called the day before to plan... Im doing the leg work FOR you and you dont even have the level of professional courtesy to take 5 minutes to plan a delivery... Why did you even bother answering the phone?! Let me leave a voicemail.. Or take a message (which this woman also refused to do)... After having a home warranty and seeing how contracted vendors work with larger companies in just blown and disappointed all around.. It seems like these companies pick the worst agencies to work with...

If I could give a minus 10 stars I would. I will not order from Wayfair again unless they change delivery agents. Translogistix should not even be in the delivering business. I cant even think of words to describe how bad my experience was. I have never, ever had such bad service. Delivery was scheduled 4 times. I took off work early to be here and had my daughter take off as well so she could be here if I wasnt. The first scheduled date they drove right by my house but it was 9:00 so they couldnt take 5 more minutes to deliver my table, and no one called to tell me so I waited up on them. The second time they were 20 minutes away and called this time to say they were going back to the warehouse. The third scheduled delivery they told me the driver didnt know he was supposed to come to work. Come on now. Finally, the 4th scheduled time they came (on Christmas Eve) at 3:00 pm. They said I was the first stop but the delivery was at the very end of my 4 hour window. I pity the other stops they had to make. We had to assemble the table and get ready for dinner at 5:00 pm. Needless to say I was upset beyond words with the whole mess. I was ready to say take it back and give my money back.

Add me to the list of disgruntled customers... I placed an order with Wayfair for a new couch. I received an email stating that it was shipped the next day. Over a week later (within the range of estimated time, albeit the latter end), it was posted as "Arrived" at TransLogistix. I set up a date to have it delivered. The day came; I got a call saying that it was "lost" and they would attempt to locate it and call me in 48 hours. Okay, not too big of deal. Over 48 hours later: I had to call them... A rep tells me that they have it and that they can deliver it the next day. Today is here. I was eagerly awaiting the call that they were on their way. The call came - except it was about how they DIDNT RECEIVE IT YET. I explained to the nice sounding sales rep that I was informed otherwise. She stated that I was told wrong. Here I stand... perpetually couch-less, having to wait almost a full week to get this supposedly (but now questionably) existing couch delivered to my apartment so I can finally plunk down.

This is the worst and rudest customer service representative ever. I had an appointment scheduled for Thursday night - which wasnt delivered nor was I called or informed. I called the next morning during operating hours to ask for a redelivefy. they offered me Wednesday as the earliest because I couldnt make it Monday morning - I work. I asked her if they work to satisfy their customers because this is not a mistake that happened on my behalf. She was so disrespectful telling me she couldnt go back in time but offer me this delivery day on Wednesday. I work for a company in which customer satisfaction is key and for them to be disrespectful and rude like that is unacceptable. I asked for a branch manager, area manager or corporate office and she told me there was no one above her. I will continue this and tell everyone to not go with this company. Its the most disrespectful thing knowing youre paying them for the delivery and its yet to come.

AWFUL customer service!!! I will never do business with this company anymore and I suggest you wont either! You won’t believe how unprofessional are these people! The customer service person was fighting on the phone with me! Unheard of! He hang up on my face twice because he was unable to listen and use his customer service skill to resolve the issue. Worse than that, when I asked him for his supervisor, he said he is the owner of the company and he did not provide his name. I called them back for the third time and this time a lady pick up the phone and she told me that he is not the owner! Have not seen their business but I can imagine that they are a mom and pop shop! I already reported them to Costco and their Vendor and told them how this company is not a company that they want to associated themselves with!

Item tracked to their dock. Date of delivery kept going up by one day for every day that I checked it. Online track on Monday, delivery track would be set for next Tuesday. Online track Tuesday this week, delivery track was for Wednesday next week. This went on for about a week when I called Home Depot, they had received word that the item was received a week and a half ago. I called Translogistics, "we will do a doc sweep". 2 hours later I call back, they didnt do it yet. A Foreman calls me, very excited. This was his dock, Ill call you within the hour to 2 hours, never heard from him and never saw the item, ever. Interestingly, the foreman asked what he would be looking for, I told him. I think he walked away with it. Home Depot just called it lost in transit. Like it happens several times a day.

This is the worst company to have a delivery done by, They do not even deserve one star. I wish I did not have to highlight a star to post my comment. If you can request another company do so by all means. Their customer service is very unprofessional , when you call to ask about delivery they treat you as if you are calling them during dinner time or something and do not want to be disturb. The people need proper training in public relations, I wont be surprise if they go out of business soon. I intend to inform wayfair I do not want anything delivered by this company. I prefer to pay another freight company hand down. worst company I have ever dealt with
