Seriously the nicest staff I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I dont know the gentlemans name (who I assume is the owner), but he is so genuinely kind that my fiancé and I were astounded when we left. At the last place we lived, I hated seeing those slips on our door saying we had to go pick up a package that was supposed to be delivered. With this Parcel Express, not only do we no longer dread having to pick up a package, but are happy to make a quick trip to see these lovely folks again. ^-^ Thank you for all of your wonderful service! We recommend you to all of our friends, and I hope your business continues to flourish! Youre wonderful and you deserve it!!

horrible i ship alot of items and i must say this is the worst store ever man. The owner has NOOO idea what he is talking about and really doesnt know what hes doing. The parcel express founders SHOULD NOT give a man will little to none experience work there. He also ripped me off not once but twice charging me 5 dollars to print 2 things! The lady worker is the best worker there ever she should definitely be the owner. Shes nice and always has a smile. The male worker has no English skills. Him and the owner talk in there language right in front of you leaving you clueless. Please dont go here

GT Operations

This place is terrible, The guy (is always the same guy) is rude and over charges, he tried to charge me for Dropping off a prepaid package, he charges you extra if you pay in credit card, i ship stuff all the time and i confront him for trying to charge for dropping off, but i bet he does this to everybody and someone who is not familiar with shipping stuff all the time will be end up paying extra, what a theft!

Not only did i receive quick and great customer service while there, but I lost my receipt with tracking information and had no problems calling to have them look it up. Both times i was greeted with kindness and well wishes. I would definitely recommend this business!

The new management is fantastic. Sheila and George are friendly and accommodating. What a welcome change from the previous management. This is the place to go for everything -fax, mail, copying, packaging,p.o. Boxes, etc. New management rocks.
