Fed ex sucks in Maryland on a very consistent basis. I wasnt able to be at home to sign for my package, so I requested it to be left at the Waldorf location. I went there the next day and it wasnt there, but an hour later I get a phone call sayin my package was available for pickup. Extremely inconvenient since I live 45 minutes away and thats the closest place. I have several other instances fed ex is a less than average company, but whats complaining going to do? It wont change anything.

How easy is it to look up a phone number for Fed Ex...then when you FINALLY find it, it is a fax line. Come on someone, get on the ball! How hard is it to list a phone number. I should be able to google it in seconds!

Walked in, had a heavy awkward shaped metal thing to be shipped. The dude packed it up and boxed it like a pro. I was happy with the service.

The people at this location are rude and slow. After 30 minutes my package still was not shipped and they were trying to sell me stuff.
