I ordered merchandise from zz sounds for my church on the 6th of December and it was set for 2-day shipping. I should have received this package on Saturday the 10th of December I did not receive it. Looking on the FEDEX delivery app it indicated that it was suppose to arrive on the 10th. Then when I look on the deliveries app later, delivery status said the "next day" or "Monday". Saturday same thing happened out for delivery earlier in the day then delivery date changed to next day. I called fedex and told them that I am tracking my package but and its coming so Ill rather picked it up. The representative told me where it was so I drove 24 mins to get it. When I arrived the front desk Indian woman told me they already sent it out for delivery so I would receive it. I came home fedex never showed up. I kept calling, calling they kept lying, lying. Sunday 12/10/16, according to FEDEX delivery information package from zz aounda would be delivered. Looked on fedex delivery app later that day and found that delivery was changed to "MONDAY ". The function is on the Sunday 12/11/16 so my package would come after the function. I was more than angry, so I called zz sounds to let them know that the merchandise that had a 2-day shipping I hadnt received yet. Customer Service agent at zz sounds called FEDEX then connected my call to FEDEX. I asked the agent to explain why a package labeled two-day shipping has not been delivered within the specified time frame? Why is the delivery time always being changed to the Next Day or Pending? Why the delivery driver who haa l my package not able to be reached on their radio. Customer Service agent at that FEDEX in 61001 queens court upper marlboro was so rude and naaty. "Shes a indian Woman" she was working on Saturday morning 12/10/16 when I went to pick my package up. Not only i still havent received my package but my function is unable to carry on because I have not received the package. but I definitely will dispute a claim because I took time off work 2 days and stayed at home to receive the Fedex packages because I know that they will leave your deliveries outside your door for anyone to walk away with. Then the Customer Service agents are lyers. I asked to speak Supervisor THAT WAS A WASTE OF 20- 30 MINUTES ON HOLD! I explained the problems that I was having with their delivery service and also asked why I hadnt received the delivery from zz sounds when it was labeled two day shipping? He just said that my package would be delivered on Monday 12/12/16. One would think that when you speak to a Supervisor of a company with such complaints, that they would bend over backwards to accommodate you the customer as much as possible right? Siting in my kitchen wondering who can I borrowed a Keyboard Amps from to carry out my function. THINK TO AGAIN Horrible FedEx !!

I am thoroughly displeased as I took off work to receive a package that was guaranteed to be delivered today between 11:30 and 2:30. I check the tracking hourly to find that you all schedule the delivery for tomorrow now instead and I need said item for a service today in my personal side business. Ive since lost income for both my main profession AND side job to be told that my package that allegedly sat on the truck since Saturday wont make it until tomorrow. I now have to consult with a client for failure to deliver on an agreement and humbly request another day off in loss wages. This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. I called Saturday when the item was placed on the truck to be told I had to wait until today and that its guaranteed. Your staff did nothing to accommodate and simply suggested waiting until the trucks return, hub closes and hope I get it tomorrow and not have to report it stolen. Thanks for nothing but my vendors will all be urged to use other vendors! EDIT UPDATE: You guys screwed up again and Im out of MORE money. I cannot wait to inform all vendors to remove FedEx from their shipping sources and close their accounts. Yet again, Im assured a delivery today just to be informed that the item did NOT make it on the truck and wont be delivered until tomorrow. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL and with no inclement weather, nor catastrophe, the Upper Marlboro hub seems to still foul things up. I will be sure to include this debacle and lack of customer service event on all social media pages, forums and vendors possible. Thanks a lot for not being the service expected.

The worst experience in my entire life. I never called/visited a place where NO ONE sounds too enthuse at work, rude with customers, and overall a piss poor attitude! I never wish harm on anyone..but either they need some customer service training/moral training or they need to find employment someone else. Its like they do not want to be bothered with customers and theyre not shy about it. Specifically, the older woman I believe of Indian descent in the front office. She gave me the hardest time. Was rude from the start then progressively for worse when I explain to her I spoke to someone there who says he pulled my package and it will be there when I arrived. She claim my package was not there and that I have to wait for FedEx to attempt another delivery while Im at home then come back and sign for it. ???? Why would I do that if I can sign for it now where I Know its here instead of me taking time, energy, and has out of my day after work. She basically calls me a liar..after back and forth with the woman for 4-5 minutes my package "miraclously" appears in front of her on her desk where it been the whole entire time. She doesnt apologize and says Im not welcome back. ??? Who the hell are you to tell anyone anything like that? Smh was so discussed. Ill make sure Ill NEVER EVER ship with fedex. Shes the only reason. Ill continue to share my story throught social media etc because this appears to be an issue according to the comments here and not bugn been done. FedEx should be ashamed to have employees whom carry them selves in that manner be the face of their franchise.

I understand what all the other reviewers mean. I was supposed to have a package delivered yesterday in lieu of my daughters birthday today. The driver "claimed" to have attempted to deliver my package, but no one was home. That was a total lie as someone was there the entire day. Also no note was left to indicate an attempted delivery had been made. I spoke to someone from FedEx customer service where I made a complaint yesterday & someone was to call me back...Im still awaiting that call to say the least. I then spoke with a Ms. Sandra & who "seemed" to take it seriously & would contact the route manager & call me back personally about this. I told her that I dont have a lot of confidence in that occurring as Im still awaiting a promised returned call from yesterday & based on the poor reviews regarding this particular location I dont foresee any changes with this facility or route manager as my complaint seems to be one of many recent complaints made. I will be contacting the FedEx Corporate office as well. If I could give them a ZERO rating I would!!!
