We came to this UPS store to see if they could help us ship all of our belongings to a different state. Albert was very kind and helpful and told us when our belongings would arrive and guided us to when the best time to ship. We showed up in a large Van with 19 huge, heavy boxes and they were more than happy to grab a dolly and loaded all of these boxes into the store for us. To make things even easier for us, they offered to hold the boxes for an additional day as we wanted the delivery to coincide with our arrival to our new location. In addition, they were very efficient by offering more secure taping of the boxes so they would make the long journey successfully. I know most folks dont take the time to write reviews of businesses that actually do make a difference in ensuring the experience was positive, and I am speculating this is why there arent as many positive reviews of this store. However, we were so happy to have come here and the shipping was cheaper than a u-pack moving service. This was perfect customer service and first class guidance. Thank you to all of you that helped us in person or on the phone, you made shipping a fun experience! Cheers to you all!!!

I received the wrong cab corners from LMC and had to ship them back to LMC to receive a refund. The price to have them shipped to me was $23. The price this UPS store charged to send them back; $40. When I questioned this the woman working there said that was the cheapest price for sending the package, so I asked her to sign the receipt stating as such, as I have to send a copy of the receipt to LMC for a refund. She not only would not sign the receipt, but she refused to even give me her name. I have received a refund for the parts from LMC but they are (understandably) refuting my claims of paying $40 to send back $60 worth of parts. Please learn from my mistakes and NEVER patronize this store! If you feel the need to waste your money, flush it down the toilet instead. You will be much happier.

The experience at this store is so very poor! We mailed some very important papers to an attorney on Jan 31 and just found out today that the package was returned to the store for non-delivery. We NEVER were notified and on the UPS site, it said the package was in transit. The real problem was the suite number was incorrect. The woman at the store wrote the address label. We had to pay for the shipment again! We will never ever use UPS again.

Had to mail a package, but was unsure about the best way to send it. The attendant was really helpful and suggested the least expensive way to get it to the destination in time. He even offered to tape the box up for me because my taping job was not the best. Service was a little slow because there was only one person on the floor at 5 pm, but it was worth the few minutes wait.

i don want to give even 1 star. They charged 3.15$ just to print label. The lady in work did not tell me before that there is a cost for printing label. I never been paid for printing label before ,they just scan and print it from my mobile . This store is complete cheat . The person who work there have no respect to humanity ,if you ask why.

I hate to write a bad review, but this one pretty much demands its. I emailed a print job, and was told over the phone by someone who sounded like they were speaking through half a dozen pillows "No print. You call back tomorrow. Manager here not now, then yes." Language barriers I can accept. No printer at a UPS Store? Come on.

There is often a bit of a language barrier here, and in cases where custom requests or questions arise, it can be difficult to get answers or get your point across. Never had any problems with mailbox services other than the issue I just mentioned.

NO problems with delivery and pick up and with all that staff but When I came there first time I asked to take my package on the top and rude lady answer that she will it today but next time she will charge me for that .

I had a exchange for a dyson product but they wouldnt accept it without a label. When dyson called them about it she wouldnt even pickup the phone! Had to go to a different location to send it. Not going here again.
