Awful. You wait in a 5 x 5 room with a mirrored window in front of you. You talk into an intercom and the person answering immediately says its probably not there. After I tell her I have a door tag number she agrees to look it up. Comes back 10 minutes later to tell me they found it and its going to be a few minutes. I have to ask her how long exactly and she says "Were up here on the hill, maybe 5 minutes." While waiting I listen to two employees from CSC, the private security firm they hire, talk about cutting drugs with stuff in order to make more money. I went to a fedex ship site near Greenfield Road, near Lancaster first, then called the 800 fedex number and was directed to Middletown. Fedex ground tries to deliver during the day and then will direct you to your local delivery hub after 3 failed attempts. The box I had to wait in had no chairs, and had highlighted signs on the window telling you the security firm couldnt help you and that you probably needed to go to another office and the address near Jonestown Road.
