Disappointing experience. I have shipped there a couple of times and went back to ship a plastic gun stock out for repair, stock only. The lady at the counter said she cant ship gun parts. I tried to explain that accessories dont have serial numbers and are not considered a gun part as a result. She refused to ship. Needless to say, because of her lack of education I ended up taking it to the Hummelstown USPS and it shipped without a hitch and probably for cheaper. I have been using the Hummelstown USPS for everything now as they are always nice and make the shipping experience easy. Since this experience I have been back to send out things with already paid postage for ups. The workers are nice and helpful, I just hope they become more educated with what they are doing.

Needed to have a place to ship items due to apartment living and delivery items being exposed for possible theft. I opened a UPS box, Ann was exceptional when getting this done, do to my disability; getting packages to my vehicle is difficult, Ann and others have carried packages to my vehicle, they are always ready to help. The workers in this store are always great to deal with, all professional, the store is neat and clean too, all I can say is THANKS to all for help and service

I was disappointed in the service and prices at this store. I paid $30 for a medium size box and shipping (11 lbs). The older lady at the desk was very rude. I asked her if I needed to buy packing tape or if she would tape the box for me. She said she would tape it but did not mention the $2 charge to do so (I didnt even see this charge until I looked at my receipt). I will never go back to this store again for any of my shipping needs.

The customer service with this store has blown me away for 2 solid years now. The staff has always been helpful in finding the most efficient and trustworthy way to ship personal belongings back home. Will continue to use BROWN for a good long time.
