I ordered a computer online and paid for 3 day shipping. It came in to this center at 730 this morning, on the third day since it was shipped. I am supposed to go out of town tomorrow and based on the website, the package will not be delivered until Monday. As a Marine, I only get the chance to go home to visit family at very specific points in time. This item is very expensive and I do not want it to be returned to sender because I am not available to pick it up when it comes in. This is also a present for my younger brothers birthday which is on Sunday. So, I decided to contact the center and see if there is anyway I can pick up the package. First of all, I was unable to locate a phone number for this center after searching on the internet for awhile, which was very inconvenient. If I had found the phone number I could have saved myself a trip to this center. I opted to drive down to the center and try to talk to the individual behind the counter about picking up my package. While I understand that there may be reasons that I can not pick up the package at the time, the lady behind the counter did not even give me a chance to talk. I had a feeling that I would have trouble because when the lady finally come out from the back room she had a very hateful expression on her face. As soon as I started to explain my situation, she rolled her eyes and proceeded to interrupt me repeatedly. I attempted multiple times to speak with the lady but she just repeated that there was no way she could do that because the company required that it would be delivered Monday. I found this confusing because at no point did she take my tracking number or address or any other kind of identifying information to determine which package was mine. I was never able to fully explain my story to the lady. As I mentioned before, I understand that there may be reasons why I was unable to obtain my package at this time, but that is no excuse for such negative customer service. Also, I have now wasted money by paying for the three day shipping because they will not even deliver the package on Saturday. I will also have to postpone when I go out of town now, and because I have fixed leave dates, I will lose two days of time that I would have otherwise been able to spend with my family. If this is the customer service I can expect from FedEx then I will not be using their service in the future, and I will make sure to tell all my family and friends about this situation and ensure that they do not make use of their services either.

I wish there was a -Star! Package tracking said package would be delivered Monday, bright sunny day in MD and website described package not delivered for weather. Then cant find the address. I called customer service and the experience went downhill from there. I gave them exact directions, GPS coordinates and phone number for a Tuesday delivery. Web site says Package delivered Tuesday at 3:11. I get home, no package. Called customer service again, Their response, "our scan says your package was delivered". But they cant tell me where. Said they would call me back in 2 hours after they talk to the driver. They called back and asked my address for the 8th time and then stupid questions like did I look all around the property; really? Now the driver has 24 to 48 hours to remember where he left my package. If he cant find it, then I have to call the shipper. I will pay extra to all vendors to use ANY other shipping method.

DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY! There shipping is not secure. I had a replacement credit card shipped to me using this center as the only option. I never received my credit card but checked my account and see that purchases start appearing after the date it was suppose to arrive. Called my bank and had the card canceled. They gave me the tracking number for the order which shows that the package is still at the facility. So charges are being made to my account when the only people who have access to the package are this facility. I will never have anything sent to this location again and will most likely avoid using fed ex when possible.

Walked in at 4:30p, the lobby was empty. No employees to be found. After yelling "hello!" like 5 times, someone finally came out. Told them we had a package to ship out. First question was if we had a label. No, as we had a scannable link to print it out at the nearest fedex location. Right away the woman said she couldnt help us since they dont print labels here. Then told us we could go to some other locations pretty far away. If you are a shipping center, you should be able to print a label. Thanks for the zero help.

Never Never knocked on the door, I and my son and our dog were in the house. The driver left the sticker but never knocked, my next door neighbor told them we were home. I am not sure why they would not knock but to make someone leave and come to crofton when the annapolis store is 8 min away is ridiculous. Please get the drivers to understand its your duty to ensure that customer service is provided. You give Fedx a bad name. I will ensure that my packages come through Annapolis or Dc.

I put a package on hold at Fedex center on Saturday but was told shipping container could not be opened until Monday. Call 1800 call center (twice) to request delivered package, Reps are incompetent and speak poor English, they told me package would be delivered to my home. Never was delivered. I did a Fedex chat, they said it would be sent but when I tracked package it was still on hold.

Worst delivery company ever. The drivers never knock even when a signature is required forcing you to drive to their pick up location. The phone customer service is terrible and offer no help at all (cant change events or future shipments so they are just reduced to apologizing the entire time). Also, they never called me back even when they said they would.

I had a notice on my door to pick up a package here. So, I went and didnt bring the pick up slip with me. They wouldnt give me the package. I had my drivers license, to prove my identity/the fact that I lived at the address on the package, but it didnt matter. Without that precious slip, I would have to drive 30 minutes home, then 30 back.

The manager on duty was very friendly and helped us with the 4 different packages we had to send. She was very personable and even covered with us while she did our transaction. She had a newer employee with her that had a difficult customer, and she was patient with his inexperience despite the line. Overall very well handled.

Worst service. Called their "number", get someone in another country. Delivery person cant even open an office door, leaves a door tag 3 days in a row. Marked our business as "closed" while we sat waiting on payroll checks, yet another fedex delivery person dropped off packages on the same day. Completely incompetent!
