We have been to this place more then once and it is the same lady that is rude. She will give you the exact paperwork to get filled out and then tell you it is wrong. I had to wait for an hour to been seen after listening to her argue with someone in front of me about a mistake she made that she couldnt fix. Only to sit down and be told I have to do everything all over. Went to another place much closer to our home and they are wonderful! They were able to actually help us and tell us what we needed with out laughing in our faces and treating us with disrespect. Not worth the time or money.

I would recommend going straight to Penndot rather than this place, and thats saying a lot because that Penndot is notoriously difficult. Clerk gave me the run around, and when I brought her the documents she requested, she told me Penndot would not accept them. I decided to go to Penndot the next day and they had no issues with my paperwork she claimed was "unacceptable". Also saved almost $100 dollars going straight through Penndot.

20+ minutes of waiting, we were the only parties in the waiting room, and were never acknowledged. Between that and the other reviews, and the fact that they do not publish their fees (shady), we chose to spend the time in Harrisburg at an actual PennDOT facility. Dont waste your time or money.

No frills, walked in during a time they were empty and was in and out within ~10 minutes. Friendly customer service? Not so much. But I came in with my documents and got what I needed.
