This is by far the slowest post office in the area. Not only do they have 3 possibly kiosks, but they very frequently only staff 1 and sometimes with people so inexperienced they cause the delay to be longer. People who come to the post office do not have all day to wait, and this is at least a half a dozen times now that I have had to wait more than 20 minutes in line. Absolutely unacceptable. Now i know why the USPS IS GOING OUT OF BUSINESS. UPDATE: 4/21/2017 Once again waited in line over 20 minutes well after the lunch hour because there was one geriatric postal worker slowly working his way through the line. Grand total of FOUR employees on shift at the time; one was processing a passport application, one came out from the back to look at the line and returned to the back and started socializing with the fourth in the back. Absolutely the worst Post Office I have ever been to. I just want drop off receipts and this abject failure and embarrassment solidifies my move to another carrier. This post office is CANCEROUS

Was applying to replace my damaged passport. I called ahead and told them exactly what I needed to do, and asked if I needed an appointment. They said I did not. I filled out the form ahead of time and had all my pictures and documents ready to go. When I got there, they told me I needed an appointment, even though they had said the exact opposite over the phone just a day before. When I gave them my form, they said it was the wrong one, and asked me to fill out a form to obtain a passport by mail. You cannot replaced a damaged passport via mail. They were wrong again. The woman behind the counter had the gall to ask why I was getting so frustrated, and was generally rude to me the whole time. Lesson learned: Need a passport? Go to the damn courthouse.

This post office has been the most unhelpful location Ive ever had to deal with. Whenever I have an issue, which seems to be quite often since packages often have difficulty getting to my home, I always get told to call back to speak to a different supervisor. On top of that one of the carriers that deliver to my route is very unprofessional and blatantly rude. I hate everything about this office. The local courier and manager...Completely frustrating. Makes me want to move from the whole damn area.

Horrible service when I call! Tracked a package and it says it was delivered in my mailbox but I was outside when the mailman came and he said he didnt have anything for us and I call for "help" and she says the mail carrier has gone home for the day. This is BS and if a driver is at fault they should call them and figure it out. This is a package for my daughters birthday!

Cant tell you how many time ive had a package delivered to the wrong house, or just not delivered at all. Call post office always get ill talk to driver and call back. Nope doesnt happen, even after calling the post office 3 times. Wish i could rate 0 stars thats what they deserve

The staff are very competent with a pleasant demeanor. There is rarely a line. Just wish the USPS had the foresight to combine post offices with selling groceries and supplies like the Postal Service does in the UK, then maybe the USPS would make a profit..............

Poor Poor Service Walked in for just stamps no one else there just two people at the terminals busy typing away stood there without acknowledging me for 15-20 ..I just turned around & walked out..SUGGESTION put in a stamp machine eliminate a employee!!

Lady here literally just throws packages your shipping over her shoulder... she even missed the box and fell on the floor. It was RUDE, you could at least pretend you care about the parcels.
