My wife and I have found the Dunkirk UPS store a most friendly and welcoming place where we have frequently reproduced. We have also printed important legal documents,faxed, and shipped countless boxes to Honolulu. Every time, Beth and her staff provided professional, efficient, knowledgeable, service and advice. They made numerous suggestions to better pack or ship, depending upon the items. Their suggestions not only saved us money, but saved us the worry that our items would be mishandled or go astray. Although we live now full time in Honolulu, Beth and her staff are high on our list of folks to visit when we return to the East Coast.I recommend that store, the owner and her staff with unbridled enthusiasm!!

I had a package that needed to be mailed today. Very disappointing that the store was closed with nothing posted on the door, social media, or their telephone messaging service. Although it is Memorial Day, and I didnt expect a mailing center to be open, many private businesses are open so I thought they would be. The importance of getting this package off today is pretty high .The only reason I drove all the way over here from Huntingtown was because I figured that they were open as there was nothing posted saying they were closed.

I live in New Hampshire and went to visit my sister in Maryland. Shortly after arriving, I realized I had mistakenly packed my husbands cell phone (it was his fault, actually). I rushed to the UPS store, arriving as it was about to close. Beth stayed late to get the phone wrapped and shipped to my husband so he could receive it the next day. She is very efficient and personable--calming me down the whole time and assuring me that "we" would get it to him within 24 hours--which we did! She was fantastic--thanks, Beth!

Beth worked with me on a special project, going above and beyond what I would expect anyone to do. She was exceptionally courteous, helpful and a very understanding person to work with. Definitely recommend this store to anyone!

Ive gone into this location several times to ship packages. Sometimes multiple packages going to multiple locations, other times just one. Ive never had a bad experience at this location.
