WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! FRAUD ALERT!! I generally dont write reviews on the internet; however, I felt it is absolutely essential to let the future customers know to not use this service at all. They are not only inefficient in delivering a package; they also unashamedly lie about it. I was expecting a package to be delivered at home, I did not go out even for a min, but when I checked the tracking status, it said "DELIVERY ATTEMPTED AND CUSTOMER WAS NOT AVAILABLE". Definitely a FALSE ACCUSATION!! No one knocked on my door even once, neither have I received any door tag. This happened for three consecutive days and when, I tried calling the customer support, all I got was the run around. After several phone calls they did not allow me to schedule a pick up and said that this package was instructed to be delivered at home. DUH!!! Consequently, it has been 4 days and I don’t have the package yet and neither do I have the option of scheduling a pick up. I DO NOT see myself using FEDEX service in the future; neither will I ever recommend a friend to do that. This logistic facility (you can hardly call them a facility) should SHUT DOWN as they are extremely incompetent in carrying out their job.

Horrible!!!! Wait forever and then when the item came it was shattered, it was a mirror, ordered a replacement and same freaking thing. Last time I saw the delivery guy slam the box down, I asked him what are you doing its a mirror and has fragile on the box, why are you slamming it down?? Guy says "cause its heavy" Wth!!! I never did on line shopping and this experience has proven I never will again. Thought it would be convenient but its hell, at least my experience was ,waiting all day for broke item get a replacement only to get another broke item. Its harder to get a refund from an on line order, I have to wait for someone to come pick the broke item back up in order to get refunded. Omg what a joke. These people are horrible!!!!

I cant even rate this company. Theyre the worst company EVER!!! The driver constantly put in the system that he was stopping by my job and leaving door tags because no one was there. Even though we have a after school program that runs until 6:30pm everyday. I never received a doortag or any type of notice. I would wait for the system to update everyday and say that the driver stopped by and then I would call. The representatives made excuses for the driver everyday. How is no one at my place of business but the firemen and ERTs are right outside helping one of my co workers who cant breathe. My gift was stolen and I believe its under the drivers christmas tree. If you want reliable service dont rely on them. They need to be shut down!!!!!

My package was supposed to be delivered today. I called the customer service number to see if there was any reason my package wasnt delivered. He told me that it was in transit. I asked him what time did they stop delivered he told me 8pm, at this time it was 8:44 pm. So I asked him if he can leave a note to put in another NUMBER to my street because I live in a new house and sometimes it doesnt appear on gps and he told me no. I asked him which location was my package at and he refused to answer my question so I had to play a guessing game to find its at the Dundalk location. I then asked him what time did they open and he told me "your package is in transit" wtf ??!?!?? Ridiculous I have a feeling I wont be seeing it tomorrow either.

I just had the absolute worst experience with FedEx today. Ordered luggage from Amazon Prime for a cross-country trip to California...delivery first scheduled 1 day ahead with NO NOTIFICATION (missed), then rescheduled for today. Driver did NOT knock or leave a tag, delivery was said to be at 2:21pm (I was here all day). Called in at 4pm, advised that the local facility was contacted and a redelivery would happen asap. Called back in at 6pm, was advised that NO phone call was made to the facility, NO case was filed. Was informed that the local facility closed 1 hour ago (at 5pm) and no delivery could be made until TUESDAY. I leave for California on Monday... and I have NO LUGGAGE. Thanks FedEx.

I been still waiting for a package that never came on 12/5 after being loaded on the truck. since then it has been scanned at the facility daily and has yet to go onto a truck as of 12/17. I have spent multiple hours talking to the 1800 number and get the run around, as they are unable to contact the facility on portal street. Still waiting on someone to call me back from Fed Ex, and when i call no one picks up at portal street location. What do i Need to do to get this package? do i need to waste my time and gas money to get it myself? Will it even be there? Is my package lost or a part of internal theft? Can anyone call me back from the facility, or pick up the phone when i call?

Still havent received my package, and my delivery date was 8 days ago. Ive called and complained multiple times to the Fedex customer support, and apparently no one is picking up at the Portal Street Fedex facility, or their inbox is full, but no one at the facility is registering the complaints. This is outrageous! I understand that Xmas can really mess up shipping, but its been over a week of sitting in that facility (not to talk of the dragging of feet that went down to get the box out to my city in the first place--I placed the order on the 1st of the month, and it is now the 17th). Beyond frustrated. Please just do your job and deliver the package!

I will avoid fed ex shipping at all costs in the future. I ordered well ahead of time and my package has been sitting between this and the white marsh facility for over two weeks. This was an anniversary gift for my husband that shouldve arrived Tuesday the 22nd and has still not left the facility for delivery despite being updated for delivery by end of day for three different dates. Its a shame. If we did business this way, we couldnt stay in business. If I could I would cancel this and buy a new one. Having a newborn makes for difficult shopping this the reason I orders his gift well ahead of time. Thanks a ton Fedex, completely ridiculous.

This might come across as piling on when looking at all the other bad reviews, but my experience with this particular FedEx location has been just as poor as everyone else. According to their tracking, my package has been at the location since very early morning of 12/10. It is now 12/16 and according to the tracking, two days were actually notated as "Delivery attempt not made", and there has been no activity for the three business days of the current week. Their 800 number has been equally frustrating, providing conflicting and/or outright incorrect information when all I want to do is go pick up my package.

This company is the worst bunch of lazy lying people ever.. I was to get a delivery and took off work to sit around the house and wait and when I checked the tracking info it started delivery was attempted and will try again another day.. I never stepped foot outside and heard from a neighbor that the fed ex truck came by the street a d looked and kept on driving.. I would recommend UPS 100 TIMES OVER this piss poor company and workets.. To anyone that wants or thinks about orderu. G from Walmart online they use fed ex.. Its not Walmart a fault its the lazy drivers fed ex hires.
