Service is deplorable! I went to the Glen Burnie location yesterday to simple retrieve a pack that the postal carrier wouldnt leave at my door( even though Ive requested she leave them at my leasing office at least 3-4 times). The agent who served me had the worst attitude Ive encountered in a while. I overheard her tell someone it was her day off. That is not my issue nor anyone elses. It took me 45 minutes in that office to get my package and speak to a supervisor bc the agent took her time notifying the supervisor(shawntae). The agent was rude, unprofessional, and out of order. I am not her peer ; I am a customer. At one point, when I asked her to get her supervisor a second time she said " I heard you the first time". With this kind of employee, no wonder USPS is slowly going out of business.
