This UPS location has sent our packages to the wrong building over 5 times. Both buildings have the same number but slightly different street names. Weve tried everything, from writing the differing part of the street name in all caps when putting in the shipping address, to going to the customer service center in person multiple times, to giving them a very clear map of the correct building in relation to the incorrect one, all while being very polite. Weve even avoided using UPS whenever possible, but you dont have the option to choose when ordering from places like Amazon. Customer service refuses to do anything about it. This is infuriating.

Every time I order something for our son living in Ithaca and the merchant uses UPS...it does not come to his home. He lives in an area with 2 intersecting streets. One is Village Place and the other is Village Circle. The packages always go to Village Circle. Why cant they not be so careless and get this right?

I have had nothing but excellent service from this location. Staff is always pleasant and willing to help with any shipping problem you may have. My only issue is the hours of operation, I wish there would be more.

Very poor customer service. If you have to get a package after hours expect to wait 30 mins while all the employees ignore you until its convenient for them to grab your package and hand it to you.

WE got pretty good service there, yes only one person and only 3 hours of operation. So try and get there on the early side.
