Went to the store to ship something, they sent it to the wrong place. I went to the store back and tried to explain them that they made a mistake. The older white guy didnt even said (HI) to me or anything. Instead showing some customer service. The older white guy started yelling that we all make mistake. He even said to me go back your country. He showed me a middle finger. Im pretty sure they have cameras up there. the white older guy is very ignorant, racists. Instead helping me or apologize to me, started yelling and shouting. He said that he would beat me down if I dont go outside the store. I think he doesnt like foreign peoples. He shouldnt be working in that store. I would never go back to that place, and also will let all my friends knows about this incident. When i went to the store the first time the young guy was very polite and nice. But this older guy has some anger issues.

I am completely disappointed with the lack of competence at this UPS store. Ive used it before without any problems, but my last experience was unreal. I dropped off two boxes, one which is now completely lost because they used the wrong label to ship the other box back to a totally different location. All without providing me a receipt at drop off and absolutely NO help via phone when Ive followed up to resolve this issue. I could literally hear the guy on the phone shrug his shoulders saying "We dont have it here!" without any questions, checking his store, or assistance. Just told me to call USPS to figure it out because he had no clue what to tell me. Now Im stuck in a complete disaster because UPS cant do their job right. Never going back to this store or using UPS in the future.

DO NOT USE ANY UPS STORE!! They damaged my packaged. Refused to pay me the value only the 100 minimum they have to.. Then when they tried to return the package to sender they lost it.. Now I am caught fighting UPS and UPS Store for who will take responsibility because contrary to the name they are not affiliated with each other.. Next time I will go to a company that values customer service and will assure me that if this happens they will take responsibility for their work..

They always have my information ready to go. They wrap and package my Christmas box to go to Texas. Never had a problem with personal. They are friendly and helpful. I would recommend this store.
