Its Wednesday morning October 26... I walk in and peacefully wait behind 2 elderly people. The lady NEVER greets me upon arrival and when another customer walks in, SHE ALLOWS HIM AHEAD OF ME KNOWING I WAS THERE AHEAD OF HIM. Then I tell her I just sent my label print request to her store Via the Print app THAT UPS SUPPLIES, and she is telling me they dont use that instead of her just admitting that she doesnt know how to use it. THEN I asked her to put a little tape on my package because the adhesive wasnt too promising.... she said that THIS store charges for TAPING!!!??? Really???? Smmfh I spend at least $7000 a year shipping through UPS, Ive never been charged for tape, and WOW did you not see me standing patiently and quietly waiting for 10/15 mins and you just LET the other man go in front. Didnt even speak up to excuse the man and let him go ahead of me??? Retrain her to treat all customers with the same respect.

Patty, I assume she is the manager, very helpful. Heather, the young woman behind the counter that assisted me, not so great. I had a package that was sent from the UPS store, due to the fact that my package required a courier and this package was to be delivered back to the same UPS store. I informed Heather that this was going to happen and all she said was to track the package to ensure of its return and then come back in to the store to pick it up. To say the least, Heather gave me the wrong information and to make a long story short, my package is at the UPS headquarters and I need to go to another place in order to pick up my package since the people working at this particular place are quite incompetent. Ill save you all some trouble, use Fed-ex, USPS or a homing pigeon to get your package were you need it. Youll have less problems.

Since When Does UPS Observe Boxing Day? It seems like recently the service at this locale has been a bit hit-or-miss. I get notifications from shippers that packages are in, but not from the store. Ummm.... that isnt exactly how its supposed to work? I know Patty personally, and she is wonderful, so I have to think that she is unaware of the problems with customer service, because I just dont believe for a second that shed put up with it. Ive been using this store for 19 years, and all I can say is -- ask to speak to Patty personally, and voice your concerns. I believe they will be heard and taken care of. This is really a great little business, and its worth saving our independently operated mom-and-pop places such as this. Give them another try....I think theyre worth it.

Brought in a bunch of misc stuff that I needed shipped back to California. As I went through the contents, I explained the materials (to include a very old zippo lighter) belonged to my recently passed father and I asked that they pack the box for me. When I arrived back in California, I received my dads belongings, and I noticed that they wrapped his pictures with extra care. Then I got to the zippo and noticed they placed it carefully in a bubble wrap envelope and also bubble wrapped a plaster of his hand when he was a child (never discussed at the store). I was very touched by the extra care --- that said, if you have something fancy or priceless and want good handlers, go to this place!

Poor customer service. Paid to ship a package and was called later and told they couldnt ship my package by ground and had to use air which is not UPS policy. Had to return to the store to get my package and a refund which they could not figure out how to do. No one apologized for not knowing their own policies or wasting my time. Shipped it at the official UPS site by ground with no problems. Avoid

Awful customer service! I know I got there right at closing, but I already had my label printed and paid for and they wouldnt take it. They just stared at me at the door. 5 of them in there! And no one could just take the package? Awful! Wont be going there again.
