This store has really gone down hill. I have had a box at this location for over 5 years and NEVER experienced the problems that I have in recent months. I dont know if there is new management or new owners but they are rude and unprofessional. They lost my original paperwork twice. I had to explain to them the difference between a company using a d/b/a because the guy that works there clearly didnt understand the difference and kept trying to force me to buy a separate box for a new company. They are now trying to find ways to nickel and dime their customers. Someone needs to contact UPS to whip this location into shape or prevent them from using their name because they are a bad representation. I cant imagine how new customers must feel. If I had not been with them so long and had so many years of great service until this past year I would never open a box with them.

Since the change over, the customer service has been terrible! Told me I couldnt get my mail until I paid my bill! Which was only 2 weeks late! Ive been a customer for almost 10 years. One of their women staff complains about her job and even the United States saying it was the worst country! As a prior Serviceman, I found that offensive! This New management is highly disorganized and very rude! I will be taking my business to the UPS in Oyster Point where the old management went too!

Terrible customer service! This place is weird. Ive been there 3 times now, and none of the employees has said a single word to me, other than the occasional question about my package. They will talk to each other --sometimes casually conversing while customers stand by waiting to be helped--but not to their customers. No hello, thank you, how can I help you, and many times not even eye contact! JUST WEIRD!!

Uh Nope

While UPS is a very reliable and overall smart choice to ship; these UPS stores are blatant ripoffs! (Maybe just this one...?!) There are cheaper and better options to drop off packages.

it would be nice if their holiday hours were reflected on here but other than that way better than any other postal service

UPS gets my packages to destinations in a timely manner. Clerks are very helpful....
