FedEx has horrible customer service. If I could give 0 stars I would. I has uniforms delivered to me, and THEY changed the address. I called corporate and they stated the driver changed the address. The transferred me to White Marsh Branch were a rude lady proceeded to tell me I was lying. I told her I would be over to get my uniforms. She said I had 10 minutes! I was there in 5 minutes only to be told I couldnt have my uniforms because they were still on the truck. The guard just looked at me and could have cared less. I called back and told them to deliver them the following day and change the address back to the proper address and have it delivered. When I woke up the following day and checked the tracking number, you guessed it, it was still held for pick up and couldnt be delivered that day. Besides the attitudes of several people, and the nonchalant attitudes of the others, I looked like an idiot when I went to work without my uniforms. CANT SOMEONE IN THIS WORLD TAKE CONTROL OF A PROBLEM INSTEAD OF PASSING IT ALONG HOPING SOMEONE ELSE WILL FIX IT!!!!! Dont dare hope this location will go out of there way, the nerve, changing my address!

I went to the store on April 4th to pay 3x what the post office would have charged me to ship an important, time-sensitive package securely, and to this day (4/19) it has not been delivered. The destination was approximately 20 minutes away from the store I shipped from. I have called customer service repeatedly, sent messages online, and not one single person has bothered to follow through on this and figure out where my package is and why it wasnt delivered the next day as promised. In fact, nobody has even contacted me to admit it is lost... its just radio silence over here. Absolutely terrible customer service. Ill go back to trying my luck with the USPS.

I took off work to wait for an extremely important package, only to check and see that a delivery was attempted and unsuccessful because of a security challenge. I dont live in a gated community, and I have been home all day just waiting for this package. It does not appear that there was an actual attempt made to deliver, for whatever reason. Although I called about 20 minutes after the supposed attempt, I was told I would either have to come pick up the furniture delivery myself, or wait another business day- in which case, I would have to take off another day from work.

This place is horrible! I didnt even want to rate them a star at all but it wont let me write a review if I dont. This place has damaged a package of mine twice!!! Ive been waiting on for over a month because of this! My glass top table can make it from California to Whitemarsh Maryland an not get damaged but as soon as it ends up in Whitemarsh FedExs care it breaks!!!! This has happened twice in a row!! How can you make the same mistake twice. Even Walmart was upset that it happened because they cant keep replacing tables. If anything this place needs to be shut down.

Package scheduled for delivery yesterday (4/7/17) from this distribution facility was received there at 4 AM yesterday. My address is less than 4 miles from that facility, but it was not delivered. Called today (had to use 800 services, since that facility does not list a phone number. Spoke with an agent in the Philippines! Found that the nearby facility is closed on Saturday and Sunday. Will have to wait 3 (I hope!) days for package...maybe 4/11/17!. Absolutely lousy service! This is a reshipment - the first shipment was damaged at receipt! locally!

I missed the delivery the first day and the guy left a door tag. I call fedex and they say to sign the door tag and leave it outside for the delivery guy. The next he apparently came and I didnt hear him knock. He must have barely knocked and left in about 5 seconds. Anyway he didnt take door tag and he left with my package. He did an extremely poor job and didnt take the signed tag like he was supposed to and leave my package. Very poor quality service and extremely disappointed.

Terrible service. Delivered my package to the wrong address early in the afternoon. Then they retrieved the package at 4pm, but refused to deliver it to the correct address. I took the day off because they said it was out for delivery. Then they said they would deliver it to a FedEx office. They didnt. They sent it out to my home address instead. I had to scramble to get someone to be there to accept the delivery. Inexplicably, they cancelled that delivery before 10am!

Well, I have to join the group is saying that the service was not good. They have lost our package and dont care if we get it or not. They say it will take them 48 hours to figure out what happened to our package. They should know that immediately. No excuse for not knowing with cell phones & all type of communication tools today, its really no excuse for not knowing where customers deliveries are. Very poor service.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. They decided they wanted to inspect my box instead of deliver. Now I have to wait 4 days for something I paid to have delivered today. There will be nothing different about the box they should have left today and what they will deliver on Tuesday. If its broken, Im going to scream. I hate that this company cares so little about handling and customer service. GET IT TOGETHER!

Worst service ever.... expecting package 2 days ago but both times I did not get any deliveries!!! I was home all day, didnt hear no door bells or left any door tags so how is it that my delivery status says no one was home? People who deliver package at this location is nothing but bunch of idiots!!!!

Had something that was suppose to be delivered on Thursday, waited all day and they said nobody was home, I never left the house so how was that possible? Then they said it would be delivered Friday by 11:00am still no show. This is outrageous...

Its nice that FedEx has this feature where you can provide delivery instructions for the driver, its also nice that they dont care to read them. Drivers will make every attempt in their power to NOT deliver your package.

Still my package is still not delivered they said they cant locate my address on the tracker but when I call they have my address how on earth is it impossible to find an address if you deal with business of this nature.

They have forgot to load, forgot to deliver, or misplaced my last 3 packages. The employees at every level of this location are completely incapable of doing their job at the most basic level.
