Most people resort to using an often pricy printing service such as the FedEx Office Print & Ship Center at Nottingham Square as a last resort when they are short on time and trying to beat a deadline. We convince ourselves that the convenience will justify the cost, and we stretch an already tight budget to get the job done. Nothing was convenient about my recent experience at FedEx Office Print & Ship Center at Nottingham Square. Despite speaking at length with a customer service representative when I dropped my items off, providing a sample of the completed print job exactly as needed, and supplying all files electronically errors were made. These obvious mistakes could have been discovered with a simple quality check. After contacting store management, I was blamed for giving poor instructions and was told that was the only reason for the errors. I asked to please be reimbursed for the sections that were copied incorrectly. Instead the store reprinted the incorrect section and delivered the items to my place of work. Unfortunately, I gained nothing from this action. I needed the items at 8:00 a.m. and they were not delivered until 5:45 p.m. I will be going in early tomorrow to resemble the binders with the corrected pages. My experience was anything but convenient, and not worth the sacrifice to my already tight budget.

Very poor customer service. Their employes are so rude and helpless. Their computers and machines requires you to scan your credit card in order to use it and I asked the guy who referred me to 10 different machines to get a small print done why I have to keep scaning my card everytime I try to use the computer instead of just charging me at the end and he simply said ( we dont do anhything here for free )and walked away I was furious by his attitude . on top of his rudeness and not being helpful at all , he got the guts to tell me their customer service isnt free. If a business dont value good customer service then they dont deserve my business. never again

Terrible experience!!! Went in at 2pm and was told it would take 4 hours for 1 print okay, it is what it is maybe theyre busy. Go back at 6:30 and Im told our order was scheduled for the next night. I told the customer service rep I would be back that same night why would it be scheduled for the next day? Im then told they would get it done right away and would call when its finished. 45 minutes later I get a call thats its done drive 20 minutes back to the store and it isnt even printed. Stay away from this location terrible service they have no clue what theyre doing.

They will not accept package more than 50 pounds. They say they only have boxes rated to 50lbs max. I called the Ship Center in Glen Burnie and they said they could package my item for me. So it looks like it varies from location to location. I wish they would all be uniform with their policies. Whats the point of falling under the Fedex umbrella if each store is going to have a different policy?

Horrible service, arrive during business hours. Has sign on door "sorry for inconvenience, will return in 1/2 hour." ?!?!?? This is not some little Mom and Pop store. Even if you have some sort of emergency, at least write what time you will return. Terrible management. Manager needs to suck it up and cover for employees.

Held my package for about a week. Then I call to schedule a time to pick it up, they transfer me to customer service back to a machine... unsatisfied. I couldve kept my stuff on base, then brought it with me for Christmas not paying $63 for one package to arrive without the other.

Sad service. I was told a 24x36 print is over sized and will take 24 hours to print... Even though Ive printed the exact same layout at the Bel Air location within an hour. Poor customer service. Dont waste your time or money.

Been here multiple times. Never had a positive experience to date but I remain hopeful. I always see multiple staff working but no one ever seems attentive to customers and it feels like I am always burdening them.

I had great customer service when I was there. It was only me in line so that may have something to do with it. I know at other FedEx locations Ive experience slow service even with only 2 people in line.

I use this place every time I have a meeting in the area. I have my printing send electronically the night before for pickup in the morning. NEVER had an issue with the people working here.
