Lost Packages. Usually my items are delivered on time and in a professional manner. I guess this time there was a "different" delivery driver. I receive a text alert at 2:03PM that my package had been delivered and contact my wife who is at home to ask her to bring it from our house to my work and she says that there were no packaged delivered. I went home myself and looked and nothing. This was Friday. I contacted FedEx who took my info and called back an hour later with no real help. They were going to initiate a tracer protocol but being it was the weekend nothing would be done until Monday or Tuesday. They can not contact the terminal, do not have a way to talk to the driver via phone or email. The terminal will simply put a message in the drivers box and they will try and remember what they did with my package. I check my next 3 packages arriving via FedEx and find that one was also delivered and lost that same day. I call again and get nowhere with FedEx. I did not choose FedEx they ship via Shoprunner 2 Day from the company I ordered from. Sunday comes and a neighbor a few streets over with the same house number as me shows up and has my packages. I thank her and am glad they were not lost for good. FedEx had said they would do nothing. The company I ordered from had to file a claim and 7-10 day later I would get a refund and have to reorder. Monday around 5pm FedEx calls to let me know that a neighbor called in to them and reported that they had found my packages delivered to them by mistake and had I received them from them. I informed them I had and bit my tongue to stop from fussing them out. They had know since Saturday where my packages were and had not called me. They had not gone to pick them up and deliver them to the correct address. If not for the good graces of my neighbor I would have had to keep waiting for FedEx to do the job they were paid to do. For this gross negligence I get a simple apology. FedEx you need to rethink these polices and have a way to contact the driver asap. For a 2 Day shipment it took 4 days and lots of stress and frustration wondering how I am going to replace the missing product or just have to wait 7-10 days.

WORST DELIVERY CARRIER SERVICE EVER!!! Please use UPS or USPS only. Spread the word to ALL family, friends, colleagues, business associations and church members. Package was scheduled for delivery by 8:00 pm today after paying the FedEx Express fee. Item was sent by the service without a delivery attempt. I altered my schedule and remained at home the entire day to ensure I wouldnt missed the delivery. Needless to say, I am pissed beyond belief because there is ALWAYS a problem with FedEx. Last year, my entire delivery order of my grandsons Christmas clothes was stolen and FedEx blamed the department store for the problem. I still believe the delivery driver was responsible because the next day the normal driver could tell me every store my packages came from. A bit strange.... I do believe so. How can a driver remember what packages came to which house in exact detail with so many deliveries during the holiday season. PLEASE USE ANOTHER COURIER, IF AT ALL POSSIBLE. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE.

I will NEVER order something that requires FedEx and not UPS. I ordered a package through walmart Dec 13th, with a guarantee delivery date of Dec 20th. The 20th FedEx changed their expected date to the 21st. the 21st came and still nothing. After a call to FedEx they ASSURED me it would be here the 22nd. I talked early this morning to them because my package shipment had changed from in transit to pending. They said due to my package being late it would be first priority. The WEBSITE said it left FedEx at 11am... Still was not delivered at 7:30 so I called them back. Oh it was still coming, everything was fine. Then just 30mins later I was emailed it would be delivered Dec 23rd! When I called them AGAIN I was informed that the 2 people I had talked to today had LIED my package was NEVER on the truck and was scheduled the ENTIRE time for tomorrow. I doubt I will get it tomorrow but regardless Im DONE with FedEx as far as Im concerned they should permanently close their doors!!!!

I have found this office to be very unresponsive to problems. Had one problem with delivery at home and spent quite a long time on the phone to work it out only to have the same problem occur again two weeks later (driver was not filling out the form properly to let us know if we was redelivering thus making us to go the FedEx office to pick up items). Currently, I am frustrated because they did not deliver a package to our office building because the suite number was left off (small building with about 8 tenants) even though they deliver to our office almost every day. They also will not let us pick up the package because the person it is addressed to is out of town this week and they demand picture ID (although the package was sent with only indirect signature being required). Have had similar problems in the past. FedEx generally gets things right but when things go wrong they are terrible at customer service and make we wish I had used the Post Office.

They are absolutely terrible. My package arrived at this location at 6AM and is only 30 minutes away from me. It was supposed to arrive the 28th. At about 4PM I call and speak to a rep to be sure that my package will be getting to me on the 28th and he promised that it will absolutely arrive by the latest 7PM. At 6 I noticed it still hadnt left the center so I called again and they told me that unfortunately my package didnt make it on to a truck and it will have to be delivered the following day... It was 30 minutes away from my home for over 12 hours and never made it on to a truck... Do not use FedEx they are absolutely terrible.

if i could give no stars i would , Beyond Pissed off with this location my wifes packages was never delivered and tracking said it was left at the front door she was home all day with the blinds open no FedEx truck ever showed up and customer service just wants to give us the run around saying they will call us in seven days because they need time to "JOG" the drivers memory of where she left the package after they had told her that they would send the driver back out to find it and they never sent her they would rather jog her memory they wont even tell me if it was still on the truck or if they have cameras on the truck

I had a package shipped to Ft Eustis I stood out side the build for 5 hours when the the driver came he passed right by me I caught up with him and showed the driver my tracking number and asked if he was looking for a specific adress he look left and right all shifty eyed said "nope" without even checking anything and drove off never got out never delivered anything... I call 10 minutes later they said he attempted to deliver it and no one was at the building, and I should expect the package the following Tuesday 2 days later. Id be a nervous shifty eyed driver too if I treated costumers this way he should be let go.
