Thses guys packed two stuffed turkeys that came from a Taxidermy. Very delicate and sensitive legs, feathers, and piece they were mounted on. Drive all the way to western Montana. Opened up the box and they were in the exact same condition when I dropped them off. Keep in mind they were with household goods. Excellent job from this place!

We missed the delivery because of a few carpenter bees, and we were told that the package would come the next business day. Nope, had to pick it up myself. Customer service was nice but package had obviously been man handled, given to me sideways, clearly marked which side was up. Thankfully wine basket was intact, but two days late.

I dont frequently need to ship anything however when I do I always use UPS and this specific location. Every time I go into the store I am always warmly greeted and attended to immediately. Their customer service is wonderful! They have somehow transformed a trip to the UPS store into a pleasurable experience.
